Its all about DENARD

By diclemeg — August 24th, 2009 at 10:02 AM — 173 comments
How sweet it is...... Remember me ?  I'm the guy who since day one has said Denard Robinson is a total gamer, and the guy you want with the ball in your hands at crunch time, and it is he who should be talked about, even moreso than Forcier. I even went on to say that he'll be our starting qb this season at least 50% of the time, and I got chastised pretty good here, leading to insults.  I was told he cannot throw, he only completes 50% of passes, etc, etc, yet I maintained that in our new offense with young players, it'll be Denard who takes over, not Forcier.  I said to trust your eyes, and watch Denard's films.

My praise of Denard really drew out alot of dickheads on this forum, and you all know who you are. You know, the same ones who will be saying they knew all along how great Denard was gonna be.

I will say it again for those of you with selective memory and those who still have Forcier's shlong in their mouths.. ITS ALL ABOUT DENARD, and remember, it was DICLEMEG who has been telling you so since MARCH.

I too, have sang Denards praises here for a long time (but admittedly have never walked out on that "very large limb" FWIW wouldn't a very tiny limb be more of a risk?????) and have thought in my mind that the QB race would be closer than many thought. The difference is I am not dumb enough (and I find it hard to believe Galileo was either) to proclaim I am right before a decision has even been made. Since you obviously like science you will remember the word hypothesis....It is your prediction of the outcome of an experiment. That is the stage you are currently at.

Also, if you were as intellegent as you seem to think you are you would know that people hate to be told "I told you so". You would also be secure enough in your intellegence that you would be content to simply know you were right and leave it at that. What tells me you are not nearly as intellegent as you think you are is the fact that you are questioning why you are receiving so many negative points. Any idoit could figure that out.

The beauty of this is that it seems like we have 2 guys that folks are excited about and arguing for...such a better position than last summer at this time. I wasn't on this blog then but I'm guessing the arguments were more along the lines of trying to figure out who sucks the least.

You actually just said that. On the internet. To someone you may never know. Over a QB selection which will be made (BY OUR COACHES AND NOT ONE OF US) sometime in the future. Normally I hold back on joining in on a negbang, but you pretty much brought this on yourself in the worst way, sorry.

My praise of Denard really drew out alot of dickheads on this forum

those who still have Forcier's shlong in their mouths

true greatness is hardly ever understood by small minds like yourself

ive been saying it since March, but you clowns were so blind with Forcier to see it

But the small minds here could simply not do so, due to cognitive dissonance generated by the bombardment of Forcier fluff.

There was no other way to deliver the information through to the derelicts here

Yes, you’re right. Misopogon is the one that needs to grow up. Good comment. Kisses and hugs to you.

I can't wait to see how RR gets both of these talented FR on the field at the same time. Even if Tate, or Sheridan, get the start, you just know the coaches want Denard on the field bc of the 'big play' potential. And if you focus on that the Minor or Brown run you over. I can't wait til the 5th.

I don't think it really counts as the "wildcat" (a.k.a. the single wing) when your backup quarterback plays quarterback.

If it does count as the "wildcat", then it's certainly not the same thing as when Ronnie Brown or Darren McFadden runs it.

to talk about who was right and who was wrong in predicting the starting QB before the first game when no starters have been named? Not to mention if Denard does start that means he is BETTER than Forcier which would be fantastic for us Michigan fans considering what Forcier has done so far. I just think it is great that this year we actually have TOO many good QB's to talk about.
