I came to this party late so all the correct answers have probably already been given. However, I promise I took the time to answer each one before I moved on to the comments.
EDIT: I didn't realize that the official mailing address of Rutgers was New Brunswick. I always thought it was Piscataway. So make that eight Big Ten schools with cities with two names.

I know it's been a disappointing year but I really doubt that Nebraska fires Miles after only three total seasons and only one year removed from its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1998. If they totally bottom out next season then I would agree that improvement would absolutely be needed going into the following year, but talk of him being canned "very, very soon" seems pretty farfetched to me.

|5 days 13 hours ago||I am not surprised to see Nebraska regress this season||
They did quite well in the no expectations, underdog role last season, very similar to Michigan in 2008-2009. It's a different story when you start the year ranked, and people are writing about you as a dark horse contender to win the Big Ten. For a program that hadn't been to the Big Dance since 1998, the expectation of being a "shoo-in" to return has obviously been too much for them to handle.
Petteway has been killing Nebraska with heroball and terrible shot selection. He shoots 48% from two, which isn't bad, but hits just 32% from deep, with a near 1:1 distribution of 2s (209) and 3s (189). By comparison, his ratio of 2s to 3s last season was nearly 2:1 (280 2s to 147 3s) as well as a supremely better FT rate (82% to 70%).

Things got a little hairy there for a minute, but man was it awesome to see the boys pull this one out! It's always a good day when OSU loses; it's even better when it comes at the hands of Michigan!

Gallon probably isn't the best example of breakaway speed seeing as he was often tracked down from behind. Your main point of Michigan being a slow team last season still stands, however.

I ate a Shoney's in Prattville, Alabama (home of Keith Washington) two days after NSD, so the experience is still fresh in my mind.
The waitstaff was very friendly and courteous (it's the South, so duh). I ate grits. I heard "y'all" a lot. The end.

|2 weeks 3 days ago||Good question, let's see who I can come up with||
Rick Barnes at Texas could be one. He hasn't advanced past the first weekend since 2008 despite always having plenty of talent.
John Thompson III at Georgetown could be another. His Hoya teams haven't made it beyond the second round since 2007, missing the dance twice in that span.
Leonard Hamilton hasn't made world beaters out of Florida State but he seems to be trending downward of late. With the addition of Louisville and ND to the ACC, I don't see the Noles being much of a player in that conference going forward.
Kevin Stallings at Vandy has to be feeling the heat these days. Vandy is in the midst of a third straight season with no shot at the Big Dance.
How about another from the Big Ten in Matt Painter. Now, I know that Purdue has a decent chance at a bid if it can continue its strong play, but coming into this season his star was looking pretty dull after back-to-back sub-.500 finishes after a string of six straight NCAA invites.

I was just down in Prattville, AL this past weekend to play at the Capitol Hill courses of the Robert Trent Jones Trail (Prattville is of course home to Keith Washington). Great courses, friendly staff, and greens that will confuse the hell out of you.

1) It's something going on at Ohio State, sort of a big rival of ours.
2) This site and message board have rightfully skewered other schools many times for doing this sort of thing, so why wouldn't that apply to OSU?

He was a big-time recruit back in the day. Michigan went after him pretty hard and he even took an official a month before RR was fired. Alas the Gator Bowl and "The Process" pretty much precluded him from coming to Michigan.
This would be a fantastic pickup if true.

"The top 15 players on The Detroit News Blue Chip list talk about their best and worst recruiting experiences and more in this question-and-answer with David Goricki"
I know it's semantics, but if you're going to put together a list and call it the "Blue Chip List" then it seems you should be listing everyone on that list, regardless of whether they did a Q&A session with you. Also seems to me in the past they have listed recruits who wished to not be interviewed or were precluded from doing so by their school (I am nearly certain Michigan has enforced this before).
Unless this isn't the true "Blue Chip List" and only the top-15 who agreed to be interviewed, in which case it's not a very useful list.
Aaaand I'm spent.
