I was at the end of the transition when the Fab 5 made it popular but it hadnt yet made it mainstream and I agree. Aside from that from an athletic point of view the short shorts are much more functional and user friendly....plus the ladies like it |

How about a North-South alignment with either Nebraska, Ohio, or Penn State going to the North for competitive balance. My choice would be Ohio but you could work with any of them and have decent geographic alignment while also keeping many traditional rivalries, The biggest down side I can see is both Michigan and Ohio not having regular games in the added markets. Also, for competitive balance you could move Northwestern or Iowa for one weaker schools in the south.

I am not sure how silent it is due to consistent up votes to the 5 limit, but let me say that I applaud you for the way you have handled this situation to this point and believe you were completely justified and on the right track with how you chose to hanlde it. For the sake of people like me who primarily read and don't post thanks and keep up the good work. |

I am currently in the area for work and am intrigued by this...but just for the sake of saying it wouldn't a Bloody Caesar be more of a Caesar's Palace kind of drink? |
| 30 weeks 1 day ago | Addiction? |
IMHO it seems more likely that Fitz has more of a I am young and make poor decisions problem than an addiction problem. Combine that with MADD lobbying our legislators into having unreasonably low BAC levels and you have a young man that made a mistake. Where I work when a young man makes a mistake the first thing he hears from any of us is that if doesn't become a habit it doesn't become a problem. Let's hope he learns from it and moves on. |

I think the OP meant to say Mark Smith the Linebackers coach and was actually talking about post game press confrences? |

Have you seen how often players run into the bench area during plays? We should keep him in the locker room. |

This is another one that is of contention. I grew up with it being Michiganders and never heard the term Michiganian until the History Channel started their history of states type shows. How long has this name been around? I am from southwest Michigan so is it regional to the state? |
| 40 weeks 21 hours ago | Private Drive |
Based on your most recent link with the MSP Officer on the news clip saying you must stop I must at this time cede the argument to you. In the mean time I searched for the legal definition of a private drive. The closest I found on a cursory search was for a private road which really does not fit what we have been describing but had language that limited its use to the owners. The part that does fit is that it is incumbant upon the owner to maintain the area and the government was not responsible for its upkeep.

I think ultimately what is desired is that motorists travel in a safe manner and that they yield the right of way to on coming traffic.
I wonder whether being charged with this would hold up in court because of the lack of signs or other means to control traffic as well as the incosistent at best enforcement law and the vagueness that it is actually written. |

These are both thorofares not parking lots. Nice try but you didn't find it. |
| 40 weeks 1 day ago | according to what law? |
There are no traffic control signs at a gas station just like leaving nearly all establishments along a road. I have had my license for 17 years and have never stopped except when traffic was present because they have the right of way. I have done this in front of police and in no less than seven states. I have to call bullshit unless you can provide proof. |
| 40 weeks 1 day ago | What law was broken? |
Since when do you have to come to a complete stop before you leave a gas station? Sounds like an illegal search took place and charges should have been dropped completely, dont know for sure but just speculating based on past life experience. |
| 40 weeks 1 day ago | Another Chart |
I did some research on this topic a couple of years ago and found another chart that was similar in nature to yours that basically depicted risk level of driving under the influence essentially mirrors driving while sober statistics until you get to the .15 level. Addiitionally, I have yet to see the comparisons to driving while tired which after midnight becomes just as likely to be an issue and has been found to be nearly as dangerous. |

| 43 weeks 6 days ago | My experience with Cigars and S. America |
What maizenbluedevil said about the quality is completely true. Primarily due to the trade embargo with the United States the cigar industry in Cuba is not what it once was. That being said if you go with quality like a Cuban Cohiba you will not be disappointed. They were what I was going to recommend prior to reading everyone elses comments. Now for the tricky part with customs. The last time I was in South America was 2005 so my experience might be a little dated but when entering the United States the biggest concern with bringing in cigars is if they are banded or not. If you don't want a hastle from customs ensure you take all the bands off the cigars prior to packaging them for travel. When packaging for travel if you don't already have a travel humidor and are not otherwise in the market for one don't waste your money. You can have an equal amount of success with a ziploc freezer bag. The temperature difference you will experience while traveling will not be for a long enough time to make it matter and as long as you drop in an adequate amount of either humidification sticks or pillows which you should be able to purchase anywhere you purchase cigars you will be fine. I hope this helps and if anybody has more current customs information than me please speak up. |

I like the idea as a recruiting tool like the #1 was prior to Braylon Edwards and the scholorship requirements. The other way that I have seen tossed around that I like is it being a competition during summer camp or something a player can earn between their redshirt and freshman seasons. |
| 49 weeks 11 hours ago | Our country isn't at war? |
I hate to break the news to you but we were attacked on 11 September 2001 and have been engaged in continous ground combat operations since 28 September 2001. I am just speculating here due to the fact that I am not currently deployed but all the American servicemembers that are getting shot at in Afghanistan today would tend to disagree with you. |
