Just a heads up, the article says this is updated but that's incorrect . Last I heard Lawrence Marshall is not playing in it. Travis Smith (Wake Forest ) is definitely not playing in it.
I'm not offended, just saying you're ignorant for putting every motorcycle rider into that kind of category. Obviously, a drink individual on a motorcycle is going to have a higher chance of dying from an accident than a person in a car.
That's way off. I've almost been run off the road or side swiped on my bike multiple times because people in cars don't check their mirrors or even care. Yeah, I've driven over the speed limit a couple times but I know I'm scanning my surroundings for stupid shit that other drivers are doing on the road.
He's gonna be real explosive around 290-295. He's real strong right now and was becoming very explosive before the ankle and was at 299. He'll be with me all summer and he'll definitely be conditioning. Kids a great athlete
He'll be down to 295 by the time season starts. He's done zero conditioning. We haven't done any plyo or speed work the last 4 weeks. He'll be good to go in August.
Not sure how you can see his body comp looks soft from this video. He's definitely not out of shape or unfit. This is actually his first time doing anything except lifting in the past month because an ankle injury while playing basketball.
Hector is a great kid that I know personally. Right now, he's being projected as a 4-10 round type guy. He'll be at Michigan unless the money is too much to pass up.
It's not the players wanting more money, it's the owners wanting to stop players from being free agents for 10 years after being drafted and limiting contract length to 5 years max. Limiting the contract length is what the players really don't want cuz it means the role players will get scraps because the stars will be causing huge cap hits.
They have tri-mesters at Harrison and he finished a few months ago. He took one college course at another school and has been working out. He just wanted to be done with high school.
He's been working hard and put a little weight on. His biggest benefit there will be training tables. He needs to eat a lot of calories to increase his weight.
I'm not sure the point you're trying to get to. I groin or hamstring injury do not occur at the muscle-tendon junction, they typically occur in the belly of the muscle. It's theoretical that an injury occurs from a muscular imbalance, it's proven. More then likely, he is lacking proper glute activation and the groin is trying to take over and it can't, so injury occurred.
That's definitely a myth. It puts tension on tendons and, in turn, makes them stronger. With proper range of motion flexibility will increase. Injuries occur from muscular imbalances that should be corrected from proper evaluation followed by corrective exercises.

He’s coming off an ACL tear from the summer. Athleticism is limited because of injury.

Far from the vast majority are doing that stuff. You just remember the ones that do stupid things to stand out.

Already saw it. He hurt his ankle a month ago playing basketball. Had only been lifting with zero plyo's or running or speed work. He's explosive
He will not consider a team if they say that they want him at offensive tackle

All guys drafted out of high school receive full scholarships to any school they can get accepted in as a regular student

Are you just a close friend of his?
When a player is drafted out of high school & pursue pro baseball, the team will pick up the bill on a 4 year college for that individual

It is definitely incorrect. I'm 100% sure he's a sophomore.
Braxten Willis is only a sophomore. I know Michigan has been in a few times to see the King guys
Watch for Slater and Gutierrez do big things this season and bump their rankings. Both will be drafted in June
Very rarely do position players get full scholarships. Typically, the top pitchers are the full scholarship players.
Yeah, my bad.
Every sprinter has a slower second 50m then they do first 50m.

I know the CBA negotiations aren't progressing very well. The players are kinda expecting a lockout.
Godin & Ojemudia

Ok. Don't believe me. I know who I'm training and know the other Michigan commits I'm training also. It's all good.
They have tri-mesters at Harrison and he finished a few months ago. He took one college course at another school and has been working out. He just wanted to be done with high school.
His work with who? He's actually training with me
He's been working hard and put a little weight on. His biggest benefit there will be training tables. He needs to eat a lot of calories to increase his weight.
He'll be in the weight room sooner. He's about 220 right now and could use another 10 pounds by fall.
Mario Ojemudia will be there end of April. Other guys leave end of June.
His father was an MDOT worker that was hit on the side of 96.
He's really only had 1 year of real coaching.
He really wanted a State offer.
Not really. He never got a State offer.

Becoming more muscular does not increase chances of injury, it should decrease it.
Just saying what I've heard from a pretty good source.
I've heard the thought is to go to Cass Tech.
I know Drake is a beast, in terms of looks. He looks the part of a stud linebacker.
Drake, Hosey & White were in Wisconsin yesterday and are heading to Iowa today.
I think he's more of a pro-style qb. He's a great athlete though.
2015 QB jayru campbell is also visiting
He's tall so he should have long strides.
