Having a deep pass intercepted is not always as terrible as a fumble or short pass interception, if the intended receiver can contain the opponent after the interception. It's like a 50 yd punt (before 4th down) with a 5 or 10 yard return.
After JJ overthrew 2 deep passes back to back, I was hoping he would give it a 3rd shot.
Braylon was interviewed on 105.1 this afternoon. What a class act. Talking about Harbaugh, whom he played under for a year in SF, Braylon believes JH really wants to stay in the NFL until he gets a Superbowl ring. He needs one even more since his brother John has one.
Braylon also related this cute story illustrating how intense Jim Harbaugh is: as a Little League pitcher, Harbaugh faced the only girl in the league. His pitch broke her jaw. When asked about it he replied, "She was crowding the plate." I think that's going on my next tee shirt...

Of course Prince had to come to the Tigers. Just yesterday Mike Valenti pontificated ad nausium on his Detroit radio show that there was absolutely no way Prince would come to the Tigers. Today he ridiculed the callers who called him out on it.
Brady Hoke, after losing to Wisc in the first ever B1G Championship game: "I made a mistake calling for Lewis to block that punt. He played aggressive football, just like we coach him..my bad."
Mark Dantonio in the same situation:
“I don’t know if he hit him,” Dantonio said. “You probably have seen all the replays, but he threw the flag. I thought he flopped a little bit.”
If it weren't for low class they would have no class at all.
Thanks to the team for some great ball and a great season. This group will be remembered. Some of their magic has already rubbed off onto the gridiron - I feel a renewed since of optimism and pride.
It's always great to be a Wolverine, but some days are greater than others. Today is one of those days. And it looks as if there will be many more such days in coming soon. Go Blue.
