It's a very competitive car for the car segment it is in. Bmw 7 series, Porsche Panamera, Audi s7. All expensive cars, and performance wise, it is amazing, especially in acceleration. Any car in that price range can be questioned for price. It certainly is not my price range for cars. Yes, the real world numbers are less for mileage, but it's more similar to high 200s than to the 150 you are stating. So fine for the lower peninsula, but not great for anywhere else. And even quick charge is 15 minutes.
In regards to to much torque, that is not the issue with towing. It's gettjng the torque to the wheels, which all vehicles have to deal with. You'll never hear a truck guy complain about to much torque. It's mainly about managing the torque, which helps with awd.
I don't like the touch screens either, but these are creating into cars in $20,000 range. I don't know how to slow that trend. I'm not a zealot of electric cars as I chose to get a 280 hp car over the more fuel efficient 180 hp lower model. I'm just impressed with the electric performance in teslas and other high perfomance vehicles such as the porsche hybrids, that boost both power and efficiency.

Tesla with the new AWD, should be a great car for all climates with a pair of snow tires. It really is a very practical car. The rear seats are huge and the floor is flat all the way across, allowing for 3 real seats, and you can even get them with two jumper seats in back to create a 7 passenger vehicle. Otherwise, the trunk is huge. It accelerates faster than super cars and handles well due to the very low center of gravity. The range can be very good at over 300 miles per charge. Since electric vehicles have instant torque, there is usually plenty, so I'm guessing you could pull a boat (if there is a hitch option available). I also think the Tesla S is one of the better looking vehicles on the road (I don't like the X).
There is still issues with no advanced grid to accomidate easy (quick) charging on a cross country trip. You also have to make sure you leave it at a full or higher charge if you leave it at an airport for a long period of time.
They are not a perfect car, but I am very impressed with how Tesla executed the design. I think it holds up very well against the competition it is priced with.

from my uncle. He doesn't drive it, and it is rotting in florida, so hopefully I can make an offer, get it up to Michigan, and get it back in shape to drive around. My wife is onboard after seeing a xk140 a few weeks ago.

next you will bring up the mismatched football jersys. What about all the times the jerseys didn't rip apart, or the time the jerseys all matched. Why does no one seem to mention those times, as if it was expected.

I couldn't believe how many hotdogs he kept bringing out. If the AD new anything, sponsoring people like that to liven up the breaks is better than most marketing ideas. Oh well

For some reason I thought it went away two years ago. Looks like just a horrible false alarm. Continue to enjoy your 2:30 am $1 slices.

A few years ago, I would have said backroom, but sadly, no more.

There was a lot of debate about why Pipkins wasn't playing last year after scoring well in the film breakdown when he was in. There was talk about bust or coaching not using talent, but it might have been Hoke protecting Pipkins as well.
I'd love to see Pipkins out there, but my wife worked for the UofM depression center and they have a focus on brain injuries and links to depression. Stopping now is a much better road than even playing a short career in the NFL if another brain injury is possible.

Nepotism screws over an NFL team that isn't the Lions.

One of the things that made Kovacs great was he not only go into position correctly, he got others into position as well. If Kinnel can be that QB of the defense, and get people into position, that would be awesome.
Plus, it sounds like is an athletic kid as well. "Not Peppers Athletic" is a very wide range of possibilities.

is Sione Houma, for no rationale beyond I liked his recruiting film a long time ago. He will push Kerridge for playing time as both get used more.

In a suprise twist to Harbaugh MANBALL (Harball or ManBaugh?) will be the smallest guy on the field making splashes in a loaded backfield. A speedster that will hide behind the much improved line and burst through holes.

the VW "Drivers Wanted" slogan.
Not a car commercial, but I also enjoy the commercial where guys are protecting and washing a big baby that is supposed to represent their car. I know the feels there.

he also stuck on to finish with Hart, Henne, and Long. Really the athletic department should have had a succession plan for over a year. But Martin probably stayed on a year to long as well. As 3 and out stated, if he had left before the coaching hire, he could have gone down as another great Michigan AD. He made a great basketball hire, but should have left the football coaching hire for the next AD. He still was a great AD in my mind, just made a pretty big mistake in HOW the football coaching search went. Not necessarily with who he ended up with.

RR and Hoke times, but I'm in total agreement with you on defending Carr. The stats you gave also coincides with one of the strongest eras in the BIG10 and included highly competitive non-conference schedules.
I think people forget how good the BIG was at the end of the 90s and first half of the 2000s. Outside of Indiana, all 11 teams had some fantastic runs and seasons.

Lloyd Carr was the coach when my Michigan Football fandom blew up. I loved him as a coach. Yes he frustrated me in letting a few games go that he shouldn't have, but his winning and way of winning were both top notch.
I did dislike him in his associate AD role. Undermine or not, he was in a position where he had a chance to steady the waters and he didn't. There were a lot of things handled incorrectly during the last seven years, but the AD and football program seem to be in the right hands.
I have no ill wills towards Hoke, Brady, or Carr. It was a dark time in Michigan football, but I do believe they all had the best intentions and cared for the program. Although, at this point, an endorsement doesn't help the program much, it is still a great positive and much better than the alternative. Having a successful previous coach on board is always a good thing.

I accepted a position when I was 28 that I decided not to take and backed out of. I felt bad, the money was good and the people were great, but I just didn't want to move to Houston. I understand that recruiting is a little different, with only a handful of spots, but it does happen in the adult world.
|2 weeks 1 day ago||Really?||
I'm just curious. All the games Hoke lost in 2012 (outside of Alabama), were pretty close games. A close loss to ND (undefeated until NCG), the South Carolina Game probably would have been a win if the DB (forget who) hadn't been suspended. Nebraska was a QB depth issue that was quickly solved. The last half against OSU was annoying, but it was still a close game.
I'm just suprised that anyone was ready to move on that quickly after 2011 and then 2012. I would never defend the 2013 and 2014 seasons though.

on recruiting trail, but it's hard to argue with his success, and I never feel like they pick up recruits over us through the shady aspects of the recruiting process. I still think that Michigan's offense alone would be a huge selling point alone over other programs, but I know there are thousands of reasons kids pick programs.
I'm hoping a stellar year with BIG title and deep run will ginite a couple more recruits to decide to go blue.
|2 weeks 1 day ago||My brothers and I watched this 100 times||
on our Beta. It's weird, but after a while, Daniel comes off as kind of a dick, and outside of Johnny, the Cobra Kai guys were kind of funny. I mean, the whole kicking his ass while he can barely stand up, and driving him off a cliff on his bike were bad, but Ali could have done much better (and turns out she did in number 2 movie).

They never seem to mind that OSU and Michigan split the profits evenly with all BIG members.

Tressel looked the other way when his players sold their own stuff for tattoos and got some extra benefits. These are not amoral things, as many fans believe that college players should get paid more or be able to get benefits.
Joe Pa looked the other way on a definite, no way is there any moral ground to stand on, situation so his program wouldn't be negatively affected.
I love me some Buckeye he cheated stories as much as the next guy, but these situations are not comparible.

So the two "sides" would be those in support of people who knowningly protect and enable serial pedophiles, but win a lot of football games the "right way" and those that dont?
