He may sign, which would save recruits and then take job in NFL in January when everything opens up. Decreased buyout allows that as well. Would also allow replacement coach finish his season without people asking if you are leaving to take Michigan job
So does leaking this help JH or the school more? Really puts pressure on JH I think. School is saving face? I wouldn’t expect any decision until after the game is canceled or it’s played, just based on Jim’s history.
Sad but expected. A bright side might be a thinning of the unnecessary bureaucracy and admin with the health care system. Those are primary positions being thinned and cut
It was my first game at the big house and completed my transformation. I grew up a state fan and watching that game as a freshman on campus converted me 100%. Now I bleed Blue!
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there a significant recruiting dead period during the holidays and bowl games? Not sure if it is extended at all due to the college playoff, but with that dead period I don't think there would be significant damage with waiting until the end of the NFL season unless there is a significant playoff run.
This is something Hoke would never allow. Not that we need any bulletin board material, this is good for us. Granted, we need to answer that call on the field.
How can watching that not make you excited about the future of M basketball? The only negative thing is I don't see Bacari being an assistant for very much longer.
Baylor is already 2 ahead of us in the computers. Even with a win won't go up that much more in other polls. Key game is LSU, rest will take care of itself.
I'm hoping for a Houston loss, then we can play in Sugar Bowl against a much better opponent. Thus better ratings and more national attention.
We have many needs yet and one place where we have a number of athletes is the secondary. Maybe the staff is waiting to see how the rest of the class fills out before taking another DB.
That Virginia game is what made me into a Wolverine. It was my first game my freshman year. Comeback led by Dreisbach (I think 4 TD passes). I was a State guy growing up as a kid, but couldn't turn down the Michigan education, that game converted me and I've never looked back since. I now bleed Maize and Blue. Can't wait for September!
Its hard to say, totally depends on the year and the number of renewals. Last few years has been a little easier but with new coach hard to say if more will renew due to renewed enthusiasm or because of recent record might not take as much. I think your looking at least 5 points but might be closer to 10.
You can't assume that nothing is happening just because we don't hear about it and just because we hear "something" doesn't mean its happening. Relax, let him put his staff together.

I got one of the heavy discounts too, well worth it. I think even more so once the Michigan podcasts get up and running
Nothing better than Dominick’s those first few warm days of spring. Nothing like drinking out of those mason jars!

Lots of talk the last few weeks of not losing the team. Well that talk can now end! Can him now!

Absolutely no benefit to keep him around another week. Letting him go now sends a message that losing can no longer be acceptible.
Started commercials on my feed so bet once tipoff it will work

Gonna be Morgan (heard it from someone who works with his dad).

Unfortunately this is likely his last draw. Too bad, I thought he would step in well and decrease the loss of Hemingway.

GO BLUE!
Need a dominant O-line showing against Va Tech. Also gotta get Magnusan up there to watch the game with him.
Announcing 2 weeks after Banner to allow Banner to get the hype he deserves too, a good guy would love to see him.
22 minute interview.
Wants to go someplace with lots of sunshine and someplace that will get him ready for medical school.
So Us and ND only help with one of the two. Hopefully the sunshine isn't a key factor.
It already happened. Here's the podcast.

A bunch of drunken sparties ruin the chance for us to have another great night game.
Mass and Air Force not worth it.
Too cold in November for Northwestern and Iowa.
Would never do it for homecoming for Illinois.
Therefore Spartie under the lights.
See all those offensive rebounds, they're out hustling us. Dropping 3s isn't the issue
Look tired and lazy oout there. No offensive sets, too much dribbling
Just don't have it tonight. Look like garbage.
Enough about Ohio already.
Good ball-player. Too bad for Minnesota as well. It seems that the Big Ten has had its fair share of knee injuries the past few years.
Agree, this was the epitome of a team this year.
I would hate to play Houston as I look at that as a lose/lose.
A game we should win, because its "Houston", If we lose however, we lost to "Houston".
I'd rather see them lose to S. Miss and get another Big 12 team.
The shirts are worn through but that hat is still a thing of beauty.
I see no way a three loss team will be ranked ahead of a 2 loss Michigan team and that includes Baylor
That is exactly what I think. Go LSU/Miles
Even a win against Texas I don't think can move that much more ahead of us in the computers
I don't see three loss team jumping us.
BTCG loser and Georgia both with 3 losses, moves us up to 14. Baylor stays below us with 3 current losses
Not certain why everyone feels that Baylor beating a mediocre Texas team will allow them to jump us. Not sure I see that.

ESPN says probable
I think all we need is a Georgia loss
An LSU win is the only must have, or else SEC gets three teams in BCS. The rest will take care of itself.
I see no way that the loser btwn MSU and Wisc stays above us. Won't happen. This time next week we will be 14th.
I love Borges poking at Dinardo, just like the Bigten preview show. I hope we continue to make Dinardo look bad as the season progresses.
Great Start ACE
Will continue to look forward to reading your stuff. Good hire Brian!
Alright ACE, when are we gonna replace Tom's tab with ACE

Yup piece of turf from 97 OSU game.

Agree but two deep doesn't leave me feeling very comfortable. Especially if Denard takes hits like he did last year.
