Born and raised in Cincy, you won't find a Michigan bar. They will put the game on for you pretty much anywhere, but just be ready to be hassled by OSU fans. Usually all in good fun, until they have too many Nati Lights.
If you are going to be downtown, there are plenty of places to watch, such as The Holy Grail (right across the street from GABP), Moerlein Lager House, etc. But the best wings I have ever had were from a small bar called Knockback Nats, however they aren't a place with 40 flatscreens.
An active head coach isnt going to leave a D1 program to be an OC, just isnt going to happen. Last Memphis coach moved on to a P5 school, moving here as an OC would be a step backward.
So far everything seems to have revolved around Adidas. So, for now, all the teams you are hearing about in this have Adidas as their apparel company, or at least they recently had them.
Mine is 17 months. It starts off sleepless but not too bad. When they are newborns they really just eat, sleep, and poop. When you are in the delivery room, if you dont want to see whats going on down there, just stay near your wife's head. Encourage her, coach her, just dont look down.
After that, it starts off with sleepless nights but since they cant really move its not too bad. As they get older, they sleep longer, but you get more to do.
That being said, I wouldnt change it for the world. Being a dad is the best.
As an OU grad, I will be watching. Mostly because Purdue is probably 1 of the 2 B1G teams they can actually hang with, the other obviously being Rutgers.
I was just about to post what he said. He also said this play was a slide protection to the left, meaning the OL slid to the left leaving Deveon and Hill as the backside blockers. According to Marcus, the hot read was on the left and not where Khalid was going.
I was thinking that Hill reverted back to his TE days for a play. If the TE is going out for a pass, he is going out for a pass. In this case, as the FB, his top priority was the blocking. Probably just a brain fart on his part.
I would object since I have a Bachelor's from OU, but my degree is in history, and I work in logistics. Long story short, I currently don't have a use for my degree.
Funny thing is when I went there 2004-2008 Jackie O's was not a place anyone really went to. Was always kind of a hipster bar. But they have really stepped up their game with their craft beers.
My buddy at work, big Buckeye fan, sent me a paragraph from Bucknuts yesterday morning that said this was going to happen. Apparently ESPN gave them a heads up in the morning. It basically said they were going to use this camera angle "most of the game" to let people at home feel like they are sitting courtside.
Wasn't a technical issue at all. Just a bad idea from the beginning.
My buddy at work who is an OSU fan said ESPN told bucknuts they are unveiling a new camera angle for "most of the game" where the camera will be in the front row. Basically saying they want the TV viewers to feel like they are courtside. If it is true, this sounds really stupid, which would make sense since its ESPN.
Seriously, it's awesome. I found a book called "dude, you're gonna be a dad" at Barnes and Noble which was good because it focuses obviously on the dad's role. And like everyone else is saying, get sleep now.
Also, like I saw posted before, try to get people to buy clothes for when they are a little older. We have a ton of newborn and 0-3 month clothes, you will really want someone to get 3-6 months and older.
OSU would have to decide which of the 68 uniforms they want as the home uniform. Seems like they are doing everything they can to not wear the traditional unis
Heard through the grapevine that Dave Brandon was hiring Hoke as the next head coach for Toys R Us University Fightin' Elmo's. Tough first matchup next year vs Wal-Mart College Tramp Stamps.
Apparently you missed the thread about chat sports that was 8 threads up from a different thread where Brian told us to not make a thread about chat sports.
Anyone else think Durkin and Drevno are in a room with Harbaugh daring him to say things? Like "Hey Jim, I'll bet you Cracker Barrel you can't work Lion King into the presser as an important teaching topic."
Hmmm, raiders have a bye, I remember a guy that had an alright interception against sparty a while back that has nothing going on next Saturday, he could probably make some picks on gameday
As an OU grad, and I love my school, the teams they have played are probably not great. OU's football team is always nothing more than a decent to good MAC team and rarely play a team worthy of showing if he is a good TE.
I got married on a Saturday in November last year. The wife always wanted a fall wedding. I told her i had 2 conditions, 1. Our vests and everything had to be navy blue and 2. It had to be a Saturday when Michigan was on a bye. Won both of those arguments and had a great time.
I grew up playing hockey, so I have experienced the hitting sports. If my kid wants to play football, I would probably let him do so as long as he is willing to put in the time and effort to make sure he knows the correct way to tackle (head up, look where you are hitting).
Now, if my kid is very good at football and baseball, I'm stearing him to baseball. If he could be pro in either, football players are paid peanuts in comparison to baseball players.
In his book he even said he bet on baseball in 1986. 1986 was his last year playing. Doing some simple math, looks like he put this info briefly in there. Being from Cincinnati, there is a great Reds blog down here and one of the editors tweeted this out.

I believe they count Edge separately, so DL for them would be non-edge DL
Completely forgot we still had a spot to fill
Guessing it would be Bellamy to WR's since that position was vacated by Gattis leaving, Newsome to TE's, Jay to Safeties (and helped by Clink)

And Ken Griffey Jr. Yes, I know that he doesn't have anything to do with Michigan, but it's still Ken Griffey Jr.

Martin Lapointe was one of my favorites. Dude was fearless, would fight anyone anywhere.
Yeah, pretty sure he was kidding

Clearly you've never been to West Virginia

Over at OU in 08 we had Peter King. It was pretty cool.

Don't rip on Ohio University too much man, that's my alma mater. And, I will add, one fine place to spend 4 years.
It was 100% planned, heard about it 8 hours before tip off

24-20 Western Michigan
Wait, is that the wrong game?

Pretty sure he lost in the finals.
