U and USFL were great and by far my favorite. ESPN really displayed what each of them were about and were great documentaries. Hopefully ESPN releases 30 for 30 on DVD or something, i would definately buy it.
Yah i'm in California and its about 70 degrees outside (Los Angeles) and i'm headed off to the beach in about 30 min. but it's been like 50s this week except today and yesterday. Hopefully it doesn't rain like it did last year on Christmas.
Group D should be exciting. By far my favorite and has a few games in there that i want to watch, especially Serbia v Germany. Serbia wont give up too many goals because they have one of if not the best defenders in the world with Vidic and Germany is solid all around, but being big and strong instead of fast and agile.
Oh and yes, France is the favorite, most likely sweeping group A. IF they loose one in group play it'll probably be vs South Africa.
Dad is a texas alumni, brother is a huge texas fan, I'm loving the whole idea of Texas loosing ecpecially to a team thats in the B10 so i don't get the whole "oh the big ten is so overrated try playing in the big 12" yes it gets annoying.
i doubt that minor doesn't play. Hes a senior and is playing the biggest game in college football.
If i don't see him suited up or just not playing i'll be very sad to see our number one running back out for the biggest game of the season.

forcier above barkley... "his" tOSU game winning drive was wayyy overhyped... it should be the Mcknight drive he did just about everything.... and if u put forcier on usc there undefeated and hes in the heisman talk.... put barkley on michigan and were 4-6...
i hate barkley because i live in southern california.... call me biased but its probably true....
when does purposly trying to hurt somebody acceptible on any level... if he was on our team and did that i would be all over him... and we wouldnt hace 2 more victories....

and if iowa goes unbeaten and alabama looses 1 game and beats florida in SEC game or if texas looses 1 or 2 then iowa will pry go to BCS NC.... HOPEFULLY vs Texas.... cuz the iowa defence will hold texas offence.... or even vs florida... i think florida has an overrated defence last couple games they couldnt tackle they missed a lot of tackles....
well and the B10 conference will get a lot of money from a NC game.... and iowa should keep it close and hopefully win but they need there qb to show up...(wats his name?? i forgot)
well u can add that florida barely beat tennessee and mississippi state... 2 below average teams and deserved to loose vs miss state... nother blown call by the great SEC refs...
maybe SEC is rigging the games so that Bama and Florida go all the way and play Texas in the championship... they pry know that they can beat any B12 team with the golden B12 rule: defence LOL wats defence??? but im a texas fan *dad's an alumni* so i would want them to win...

lol thats problibly true... at least we dont fail like psu at the wave... wen i was there last year wen they played michigan it took ALL the students like 2 times to get it the alumni like 5 and every1 else like 6 times.... a total of 6 times just to do the wave... and it wasnt good and they did it maybe 2 times after everybody started to do it....
im in the same boat... the usc fans r terrible... blah blah blah blah if usc had a loosing record and ucla went undefeated then a lot of them would be ucla fans....
its smart to schedule a D1-AA school...
1. lifts the spirits from 2 losses in a row
2. fun for the fans and players to see ur team win by a bunch
and
3. all the players get to get some game time....

I definately support WC in Detroit... it would help the economy a lot... tourism to Detroit and surrounding areas...
michigan stadium only would only need to replace bleachers with seats and to add grass... detroit/ann arbor wouldnt have to pay a lot at all for it to be in michigan stadium.... South Aftrica is building several stadiums for WC 2010...
but... the WC might affect football during the summer of 2018 season because of all the people trying to pack into the stadium and in town...
i definately support it and would pry go to the games if in Ann Arbor....

and its bad that top 5 big 10 teams r in bowls... well i guess its good for the universities to have teams in 5 major bowls.... good money for us too :D

i dont buy into this addidas cures... but personally i like nike a lot more... especially shoes... and shirts and shorts... but good point with the schools that have signed with addidas...
yah i was there too... it was like 3:30 or 4:00 wen it started... i sat in the texas side.... very annoying... it ended late at like 7 or 8 or so... not sure few years back vs texas.... annoying as hell ending... all the texas fans were like "why the hell do we keep punting to him (edwards)" every time was a 20 yrd punt/kick return...

if minnesota gives them a good game we can catch them on a hangover and beat them... like usc-washington.... if so then 50%
michigan can run and our defence can get some 3-outs fumbles or turnovers then we can get a win... if forcier gets 2 or more turnovers and our rushing game gets stuffed then we'll loose...
depending on what team shows up.... its a 50/50 chance
