I didn't think it was possible for me to be more disappointed in Michigan than the hiring of Richard "One Position Football" Rodriguez but...damned if I'm not. All of the pieces are there, cannot seem to make a team out of it. Hate to say it, but this points towards coaching.
Macanudos and Fuentes, Cohiba's are nice, also. Dominican and Cuban, not very much difference anymore. Dominican has stepped up their game throughout the embargo.
I come from a DEEPLY religious background. Was in church upwards of 5 days a week,/memorized entire books/best friend's dad a preacher/best friend's a preacher, now/dated 20+ preachers daughters/christian school/played in 5 church bands at the same time/lead the music in one of them...etc. Never been able to fully "believe", myself. Tried because my entire social structure was in that "club" but always been agnostic/philosophical/scientific. But I CAN tell you that some of the worst people use religion as a mask to hide thier personal demons. Some are good people. Judging anyone based on religious involvement is just as wrong as assuming that everyone with a tattoo is a rapist. There's a lot more to it than that.
But it does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods or no God. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.
Although I find it frustrating and disappointing when I can't "get my fix", this blog has been a godsend and I am thankful for all the work and effort by the staff and community. I'm absolutely sure that, as long as there is an internet, this will be the place to go for all things maize and blue. I will be patient and not bitch.
We've got to give some major credit to the Big 12, also. They've gone out of their way to make sure that they won't be considered for the CFP. Unbelievable.
That is something unforeseeable and, therefore, drastic. Anything's possible but, at this point, there's no reason or purpose to worry about anything different. By the time of the CC games, the landscape will be clear, then we can think of the outside chances. As we stand, today? That's what we're looking at. SEC, ACC, B1G and Pac-12.

It's bragging rights. It's part of what makes CFB so great. BUT it should only be done AFTER it's earned. This can also include situations where certain "fans" start shit with you because Michigan, and I quote, "has never beaten" a rival. Or, sometimes, because you just came up with something incredibly witty.
Hoke walked in and said "It's Michigan." and walked out with a commitment. It says more about our legendary academics and program. Conversely, Rodriguez walked in and said "Look, can you take the snap and run? Defensive Tackle??? What the hell is that???"
It's something that can be WORKED on this season. Not something that should reach an acceptable level this season. (Barring the emergence of Nordin). Learn to live without FGs.
I'm gonna put the whole season on DVD(plus backed up files) this year. Been wanting to do it since I got my first burner, 15+ years ago, but something has always gotten in the way. Not this year, damnit!

I have friends and family that are MSU fans/grads. Some have never even been to the Midwest other than reunions and MSU games. MSU has become a national brand, in and of itself. BUT they, actually, did so in basketball. It is an "Us or Them" scenario. So, fuck 'em. Next time they'll pick a better rival!

From my understanding it was, mainly, the prospect of playing QB when every other team wanted him for other positions. That, and he was quite fond of 98's Heisman.

ESPN is just being careful, they don't like to speculate until it's "official". Notice how they haven't speculated about Harbaugh going ANYWHERE since he's still "officially" under contract with the 49ers???
