I will take Green and Lewan's return over Webb and a 3-point, road, conference loss, to a ranked team any day. I wish we had more situations like this to "comiserate" over. Never the less, I'm drinking an Iron City.

I'm not saying he won't but I can't imagine he wants to go out with that taste in his mouth. This team is not representitive of his career as a legendary coach and I hope for his sake he at least leaves after a year the team is competitive.

I remember seeing that he was very interested and likely could be offered pending McQuay’s decision? Is that still a possibility or did Delano Hill eliminate that scenario?

22 weeks 2 days ago	Other explainations	As someone who has had to go to court for minor incidents there are reasons you might not show up mistakenly.  Often times with misdemeanors there are ways to settle the matter outside of court (pleading no contest, paying fine before the date) or in some instances your lawyer can represent you without you needing to be present. It is possible that there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding along the way.  I hate to be the guy defending Denard blindly, I don’t consider myself that type of fan, but it’s not necessarily black and white. He is not someone that is ignorant enough to wake up in the morning and thinks he can avoid the issue by staying at home that day.
22 weeks 2 days ago	NBD	In terms of crimes this seems to be about as minor as they come. Expired tags, pulled over for not signaling. His biggest mistake was not showing up to the court date, which I can’t explain but I’m guessing there was a reason. He paid the fine. This could have happened to anyone and doesn’t seem to display any poor intent or overly harmful decision making (just being forgetful regarding the tags). Denard is still the Golden Son.

Other than Eli Manning what leg does that school have to stand on in the past 15 years football wise? Not to mention current and historical racial issues (see 30 for 30 and the riots after the November election).

30 weeks 6 days ago	SEC	From what I have read this is a fairly common occurrence on many SEC message boards, only the thread title normally reads something like “Offering 2 Indoor Club seats to Florida game at no charge to worthy recruit’s family – will also include $250 in jewelry”. Seriously though, this is a great of you. I don’t like the slogan “The Michigan Difference” because I think it is a bit corny but this is a prime example. Someone who is in this position to make this offer reaching out to someone less fortunate and making their month. This is something I don’t believe every school/fan base has. Kudos to you, enjoy the game.

31 weeks 2 days ago	Hate Week Story	I know a man (a doctor, actually) who is a Michigan Alum and his dog’s name is Sparty. His reasoning: a State graduate can aspire to rank no higher in society than a domesticated dog.  Learned Michigan doctor > dog and/or MSU graduate.
31 weeks 2 days ago	No Chance	Are you really suggesting that IU (let me clarify so we are clear, Indiana University) is on the verge of pulling off what essentially only Texas can do? That being, actually recruiting and keeping all of their high school football talent in-state in the pursuit of football glory. I'm not buying it.
31 weeks 6 days ago	Kugler	I was at a bar last night watching Steelers/Titans with a couple friends from high school and the one guy who lives in Pittsburgh and played a high level of high school football started talking about Kugler because his dad is the Steelers O-Line coach. My friend said he saw one of Kugler's games this season and not only is he a physical beast but it's clear he is mentaly far above where any high school offensive lineman should be. I'm really looking forward to seeing him play for Michigan and I almost like the fact he doesn't get as much attention as a lot of the other recruits. I think he gets over looked for the potential he has.  He could be an excellent 3 year starter at center.
