In my experience, skilled labor can cost around $100/hr per person to the parent company. I you're talking that time + material, you're probably looking at a few days work and you'll probably get in the $5,000-10,000 range.

Then you consider floor damage (recarpeting?), room damage (furniture? plumbing? walls?), etc etc etc. You can run up a big tab in a hurry

More like Jersey Shore... New Jersey got a bad rap for a bunch of douches coming down to party from New York... How many of those fratboys are rich kids from the same area that overran NJ?

Ceiling tiles are $2-$10 each... labor to install them... the hangers are bent, so that'll probably all need to be replaced...

 

Oh... and there is some electrical conduit there that has been yanked, so better plan on an electrician to inspect it.

 

...and the crapet.



Better hope those aren't old asbestos ceiling tiles also...
