He's got great hands, and he can run." still picking things up by the tone of that qoute. I think there's a reason he's not making a big impact yet. I agree he's an asset but he's still a freshman blocker; I mean Kalis hasn't even seen the feild it's a bit early to expect williams to control the edge rushers on the line. |

I feel like I know this offense a lot better now; but wouldn't the lack of experianced tight end blockers and the fact that non-denard run game isn't happening this year very much limit us to spread offense and 2-rb sets this year dictating that Denard continues to face pressure in the pocket against traditional big ten defenses? I feel as if the Lazer screen is a desperate attempt to keep this pressure off of Denard, if only because Borges inexplicably hates this play. Anyways I hope the emergance of Lazer, Funchess and other checkdown throws help negate the de-evolution of our pocket protection and deep ball. GO BLUE! |

Ohio(the state not the school) athletes in general seem to be nice kids. with the exception of an odd Maurice Clarrett that seems to be pretty consistantly the case. I agree about Aaron Craft his style of play is incredible to watch .living in Wisconsin myself I frequently forget that playing good defense doesn't have to be the most boring thing in the world to watch. Ohio(the school) has helped its image a lot IMO by ditching the old football coach; But yes Thad Matta is maybe the most shady Big Ten Basketball coach, and I hope he doesn't taint the accomplishments of his players. |

thanks,haha yeah he used to work task force so he can handle mifflin pretty easy. I grew up in Madison myself, I've met Ron Dayne and Berry Alveraz they seem like nice people as well; and I ten to root for the Badgers whenever they aren't playing Michigan, but I always wear my Michigan gear to any game I go to at Camp Randell anyways :). I'm glad to see I'm not the only wisconsinite who loves Michigan. were you at the game where Mallett got the start in Camp Randell? |
