Ya, in his bra.

Generally, you can't register names. However, you can if the person gives consent and you obviously meet the other requirements for a trademark (e.g., use in commerce)

Oberon! Live in NYC and stumbled upon a case at Whole Foods. Finished with my 2L finals yesterday, so now I'm ingesting as much sun as possible before I start work Monday.

Yay. A Rosenberg exclusive.
|16 weeks 3 days ago||You don't see Malzone||
You don't see Malzone "getting the job done," but you see Gentry doing so without seeing a single snap of him outside of New Mexico HS football? Unfair evaluation, IMHO.
|16 weeks 4 days ago||Really?||
While writing this post, did you truly lack for a better term than "hooey?" If so, I'm mildly concerned.
|17 weeks 5 days ago||What most people don't||
What most people don't realize, mostly because there's nothing sexy to report about it, is that the NFL (i.e., the league office) has various subsidiaries that handle much of its revenue-producing business. For example, NFL Properties handles its licensing/merchandising and (I think) sponsorship matters. I'm not well-versed in corporate taxation (yet!), but I would assume that, in this example, NFL Properties would bear most of the tax burden associated with those revenue streams, while the league office revenues are relatively minimal.

|18 weeks 3 days ago||Fair||
I posted the definition as a starting point for convesation. As a UMich grad and considering the term colloquially, I tend to lean more toward alum = graduate, as opposed to graduate OR former student.

I feel so strongly that the correct answer for worst franchise in sports is the Miami Marlins, that I will fight anyone who says otherwise.

No. Basic component missing (what damages did he suffer?) and near impossible to show OSU was fraudulent in its actions.
|32 weeks 3 days ago||That name though||
With a name like Allen Stritzinger, I fully expect him to gain 50-60 pounds and become the next great Michigan fullback.
|32 weeks 3 days ago||This^^||
These mock drafts are rarely accurate, and reasonably so. Mel and Todd are required to do these things but even they know that they don't have the requisite information to project the 26th pick in the draft. There are just far too many unknowns along the way.
|32 weeks 5 days ago||Can someone explain to me why||
Can someone explain to me why Irvin never WANTS the ball. When the shot clock is running down, a guy with his shooting ability needs to go get that ball. I hardly believe our best option is a MAAR iso....

It's so frustrating watching Caris close on on the perimeter and repeatedly fail to contain. Guards just blow by him with ease.

|35 weeks 6 days ago||I'm guessing Hackett will be||
I'm guessing Hackett will be noncommittal about it. With Harbaugh under contract there's nothing official in place and nothin good could come from the players tweeting out things like "You guys are gonna be "Haughppy reallll soon!!"
|37 weeks 2 days ago||This is prefectly||
This prefectly encapsulates precisely how I felt on my last game as a student. Unfortunately, my four years consisted of App. State, blown bowl streak, and a dismantling at the hands of MSU (NTMSU). Nevertheless, I remember saying the same thing to all of my friends that were habitually tardy to kickoff or didn't even bother to come:
Do you realize how fortunate you are? You have, at most, 32 games to watch in the Big House as a student at the University of Michigan. Don't ever take it for granted, because never again will you have the opportunity to say that you are a member of the Big House student section.

Petrino has been successful and continues to show that at Louisville. I'm not sure you could handle the Petrino situation better than Long did and, regardless, could have never projected his "indiscretion." Bielema had his team immediately competitive in the best conference in the country. I'd say he's more than done a good job.
|43 weeks 1 day ago||Hey, all those calling for||
Hey, all those calling for Red's head, maybe just relax a bit. He's on his way out as it is and we have tons of youth matriculating into the lines. Let's allow the season to play out a bit longer before we castrate one of the best coaches in the history of hockey--like the sport.

|46 weeks 4 days ago||I'm not so sure||
It's not likely that he will press the concussion/hot seat matters. These radio show appearances are calculated and involve a great deal of PR discussions behind the scenes. There are always boundaries set and host are careful not to overstep them in order to maintatin the future relationship between with the school.
...Although our PR department hasn't exactly been sterling over the past few weeks, so maybe they're sending Hoke into a firestorm. Stay tuned, I suppose.
