Thanks for the update. My

Thanks for the update. My family owns a house in Davenport and I've been wondering about the conditions down there. Haven't heard from the property manager yet so this has been quite helpful. I hope everyone in the storms path gets through this with minimal impact

A snake or an alligator gives

A snake or an alligator gives him way too much credit. They're respected hunters and at the top of their good chains. I see him more of a meerkat. Popping his head up over the weeds to make sure no threats are around and then poaching whatever scraps are left

Is this an Advisor Position?

If so, which it seems like it is, just be aware that they may sell you a bill of goods as to what the job entails, or I'm just dumb (which isn't very far from the truth). If it's an advisor position-  no matter which institution (Ameriprise, JP or Merrill) it is just a sales position. At first it's really not much consulting/advising. They have programs they want you to funnel your clients in, so you're not even advising them on their finances as much as selling them their products. As your career and experience grows though, you do get to become much more autonomous as to what you can offer your clients so you do become much more of an advisor. Either way, be prepared to cold call. A lot.  And when you think you've done enough, cold call some more. I don't want to scare you away from the position, I just want to let you know what it I experienced and what I wish I knew before. It can be a very rewarding and lucrative career. BTW, they were quite a bit more honest with your salary expecations than the firms I had worked with were. I was told by many that if you're not making more than 200k in year 2, something is wrong with you.

Anyway, just my 2 cents. As far as the series exams, they're not particularly difficult, just time consuming. If you study, you'll pass.

Hope this helps

Why can't these be our

Why can't these be our permanent unis?

I got the email too

I also got an email about 2 weeks ago saying they'd be offering these tickets. First priority was to poor holders, then to season ticket holders with no points and then if there was anything left, to the general public

I'm glad you brought this up

I've noticed this for years on ESPN. Everytime they show highlights of another team or player, they ALWAYS show them against Michigan, or against any Detroit team for that matter. I know MIchigan is always a big game for everyone, but I'm pretty sure there is a negative Michigan bias at the WWL.

Those 2 chicks

that let me touch their boobs in Cedar Village. Am I right, brah?!?

Am I reading this wrong?

It doesn't add to his years, just gives him a larger salary. Seems like he's not in it for any longer haul, just more cash

Chris webber

That was his conundrum

If I remember correctly

Wasn't there a rumor about this a while back and sparty's AD went on twitter to deny it? I believe he mocked the idea too. I could be wrong but I swear that happened

I miss that bootleg pass to the tight end. Always good for 15 yards

It'll be as vanilla as Ned flanders

Maude: Some people like chunky peanut butter, some like smooth!
Ned: Mmm-hmm, and some people just steer clear of that whole hornet's nest! I'll stick with just plain white bread, thank you very much, maybe with a ...
Maude & boys: ... glass of water on the side for dipping?

Are you piping in music for the reception?

Or are you going traditional with the band? Either way, congrats Brian! Oh, and get off my lawn

Awesome game

This game brings a tear to my eye. What could have been for the years prior if we had opened it up like this all the time.

Even if he pays one dollar in taxes, isn't that the point? The amount he pays is negligible. As long as the IRS says he has earned taxable income he'll have to prove how

Pete Rose

I'm pretty sure this is all he does for a living now

Osu is screwed

I'm on my phone so I can't link it but sports by Brooks is reporting that NCAA has info that Pryor has been getting paid by a memorabilia dealer for signed items. Osu has apparently known about this for a long time as well... Can someone link? It was on sbb's twitter page

I think it still needs to start with a coach

I've read that Mike Woodson is a front runner, but I'd really like to see Laimbeer take the reigns. I think he can give this team a kick in the pants it needs. As far as players I think it would be great to see a Monroe and Howard frontcourt, but as an earlier post said, Rip and Villanueava's contracts have our hands tied. Hence, the importance of a strong coach

Brian Cook as Benny Rabbit

I really don't have anything as far as manball goes, but I do have a link that compares Brian to a muppet (muppets!!!) - Benny Rabbit.

So he's our MBB Denard.

So he's our MBB Denard. Involved in everything we do to score. As opposed to dilithium speed, he just drops dilithium dimes

TA?

We don't have TA's...

Hoke pictures

Is every site contractually obligated to put a picture of Hoke pointing at something? I feel like he walks around pointing at stuff randomly all day

Randle-El's senior year was 2001

He started there in 2002

just saw on ESPN ticker
