AD to sell tix for Bama game
The cowboys reserved a large chunk of tickets for their season, ticket holders. once those were allotted to those that elected the option. the remaining tickets were offered to Michigan and Alabama.
I'm now picturing DB at a very unprofessional looking lemonade-type stand on State St. trying to hawk tickets for the Bama game @ $125 a pop. And then Taylor Lewan rides by on his twosie. That's what I'm imagining.
I imagine that David Brandon has hired David Cone to help promote the tickets by sitting at the stand with him and freestyling rhymes to passers by (and also to drop mad knowledge, yo).
Then he can "draw chalk lines around yo body" after the trampled people are recovered. Of course they arent there for the tickets but to see cone
circus music playing and an "adorable" Michi-mascot with a samich-board too? We love you Dave Brand-on!
Long time reader but rare poster. I am dying to get tickets to this game at a price under $350 (stubhub cheapest). Anyone know when these are going to be sold to general public?
Probably not ever. The initial alotment was sold out before they made it to the public, and I'm guessing these will go to season ticket holders first
I can't focus on my comment.
So the band isn't going, again?
I just got the same email as well.
I'm curious.... It is stated on the ticket office website that the additional tix are being offered to those without previous orders, first. Is this true for those of you that recieved the email?
email said that the AD was offering "me" the opportunity to buy tickets vis AD on-line ticket purchase website.
i did not buy any previous tickets. I am a FB season ticket holder and I buy all my softball tix through the website.
i'm guessing it said "you" and had no indication of whether that was singular or plural, right?
I also got an email about 2 weeks ago saying they'd be offering these tickets. First priority was to poor holders, then to season ticket holders with no points and then if there was anything left, to the general public
