My son's middle name is "Brady" after Tom and by coincidence he was born the same day as Tom's son in 2007. His name was already decided prior to his birth.
Although I did not attend UofM I feel I might have as deep a connection to the University as if I had attended. I have been a UofM fan as long as I can remember because of my grandmother, however, that is only how it started. I owe my two wonderful children to UofM. Where others failed, my wife and I, given the slimest chance of having children were successful on two separate occasions with the help of UofM. Leaders, best and miracle workers!
The worst thing to me is that with the alleged cheating that has been going on at tsio I feel like "The Rivalry" has been tainted. It needs to be cleaned up so that "The Game" feels real again.
I agree that the UM needs a strong rival in tsio. Hopefully the cornhuskers will fill that role during the time tsio spends in Bolivia.
I was sitting in the alumni section surrounded by green and white with a friend (msu grad) for that game. I was all dressed in maize and blue. The interception occured right down in front of me, I jumped up yelling GO BLUE and proceeded to get pummeled by sparty fans garbage!
The first time I held my child in my arms everything changed for me instantly, like turning on a light switch. It's impossible for me to explain with words. It will come to you and you will know what you need to do.
I just might have to keep an eye on when recruits are going to be in spartyville and make sure sparty is wearing a new orange jump suit for all to see.
My parents didn't follow football, but my grandma did. Grandma was so fond of Michigan football that her Oldsmobiles were given the names of players. I think her favorite car/player was Anthony Carter. She was the biggest influence for my love of football and Michigan.
Thankfully I spent a lot of time with Grandma at a young age and don't remember a time when I was not rooting for Michigan.
I was in Vegas last year for the UofM/ND football game and happened to be at the sports book in Planet Hollywood. Half of the place was cheering for Michigan. One of my finest memories from all those trips to Vegas.
My family will pray for your niece. The people at Mott are miracle workers. I wouldn't have two beautiful children myself if it wasn't for them. Your niece is being cared for by the leaders and best!
What I heard: "You don't have the right to feel hurt. You don't have the right to feel tired. All you've got the right to do is play your (ass) off everyday. That's your right!"
I love you, Michigan MAN!!! I might have to rename my son.... His middle name is "Brady" after another great UM QB. How does Denard Brady sound? GO BLUE!

From what I have seen in snippets here and there, THIS is what i would like to see more of. Michigan Magic!
tickets to THE GAME!
I would venture to guess that with all the sports and activities UM participates in, it is always game day.
Certainly. Personally, I would choose other ways to show support for the troops.
Red with an appropriate logo and/or team name is fine. :)
It doesn't bother me too much. What does bother me is when they wear red or green. I tell them to burn their fan card.
I am sure you all will enjoy the video linked below. There is a tremendous quote early in this documentary. I will leave it at that.

Along those lines; I think the Big Ten would want a guaranteed second BCS auto bid to seriously consider further expansion.
I can only imagine what Hoke is saying to Woodson in that pic. How about "You better have some of that left for the defense!"
I needed some good news to get this week started off better! GO BLUE!!!!

You don't have to use the word "No", just as long as you're consistent with your choice.
My dog knows that when I snap my fingers it means "NO!"
I don't know anyone by that name with the Michigan Football Program. Was he or she BB (before Bo) or AB (after Bo)?

This is just my opinion. All other sports are secondary to the University of Michigan athletics!
GO BLUE!
It is MICHIGAN!!!

"The Game" is the definition of rivalry. All others are pretenders.
Welcome home Thomas! Great job putting it together! I am looking forward to watching you run over the bucknutz.

Was that Brady talking at about 50 seconds in?
What I heard: "You don't have the right to feel hurt. You don't have the right to feel tired. All you've got the right to do is play your (ass) off everyday. That's your right!"
Right on! Expectations are high.
"This is Michigan, for God's sakes!"
Even if the recruits were too young, their parents might remember.

I would +1 this if i could. Nice Job!
It's good to see the MGoTeam has your back.
Could this be the beginning of the "Ten-Toe War"?
