Woodson's NFC Championship Speech (WHITE HOUSE ON 3!)

Awesome to see him fire the guys up like that. He is obviously a leader in that locker room and I can't wait to see him pick-6 Big Ben on Superbowl Sunday to draw the curtains ala Tracy Porter last year.

Got skills and class. What a guy to represent Michigan, he does everyday. Go pack go, take care of the steelers. I hate the steelers.

As a Lions fan, my favorite moment in the past decade besides being at the Stafford game against Cleveland, was him doing the pose at Ford Field, he knows we will always love him regardless who he plays for.

When I am old and gray I will celebrate a Michigan National Championship won by some combination of Woodson and Hart as coaches.

the question is who is the head coach out of those two? I would so plus +1 this comment if I could so this will have to do for now.

That is a million dollar question. Personally, I would like to see Charles as HC and Hart as OC, but Charles as DC wouldn't be bad either. Maybe co-HC's. The recruiting trail would be a cakewalk with those guys.

your forgetting justice hayes and fred jackson as co-head recruiters too.

Ricardo Miller as well, can't forget him

Gets no better. Best to play college football, and one of the best to play in the NFL as well.

CW knows how to bring it rhetorically-speaking.
January 24th, 2011 at 1:19 PM ^
He brings the goddamn ruckus.

Someone tell Charles celebrating victories after games in Dallas at the "white house" can get you in trouble.
Otherwise nice to see him and Woodley (probably the two best defenses players we have had in the past twenty years playing each other in thebig game.

To hell with the Packers.

Congratulate. Go Pack Go! (Sorry, my 20 years in Wisconsin kicking in there) Between Charles here and Bo on the front page, I am ready to run through a wall!

As a Detroit Lions fan, I hope Green Bay falls into Lake Michigan.
Screw the Packers, they should feel lucky they don't have to play the hottest team in the NFL again.
January 24th, 2011 at 4:43 PM ^
Yeah I guess every five years or so they will sneak up and get the Packers. Keep talking and the Packers will just keep winning. Another 10 win season for the Leos next year? I keep hearing that every pre season for them.
January 24th, 2011 at 6:54 PM ^
I'd rather keep my loyalty to the Lions than be a sellout, bandwagon fan like the majority of Packer fans.

I liked the guy who repeated the white house line in the last 5 seconds, on the right side. Hilarious.

Packers must love Michigans Heisman Trophy Winners :)
Desmond, Woodson... who will be next?.
January 24th, 2011 at 2:06 PM ^
Let's get Woodson a Super Bowl MVP too...
January 24th, 2011 at 2:10 PM ^
my name is Charles and I make plays baby. I just make plays.
January 24th, 2011 at 4:06 PM ^
At first glance, I read "My name is Charles and I play make babies." For the record, I like your version better.

is gonna kick down the door of the oval office and chop that motherf*cking desk in half BYAHH!
January 24th, 2011 at 2:59 PM ^
I'm so happy Woodson got a second chance in the NFL. I love this guy. Class on and off the field.
January 24th, 2011 at 3:21 PM ^
He will have success in every aspect of his life. Whether he decides to go into broadcast, coaching, or whatever the hell he wants to do. He has been the epitome of class from day one. It's so refreshing to see a stud player like him have such a long and successful career without all the off the field issues that tend to tarnish star athletes in this day and age. (COUGH Ben Roethlisberger).
