Women's Hoops 6 PM Tomorrow
Michigan goes for its second consecutive Sweet Sixteen in women's basketball tomorrow evening at 6. They play 11 seed Villanova, who had a strong year including a win over UConn. But watching their game yesterday against BYU they struggled on the glass so there's a real potential for Naz to crush them.
Tickets are $15 and still available. If not, game is on ESPNU.

Should read "Tickets are $15 and still available. So if you're in the area come support them in their last game at Crisler. If not, game is on ESPNU."

With everyone healthy and rolling, they look like a formidable team. There was better play-making--with Leigha Brown back--and outside shooting yesterday than I had seen. Despite the critiques of Barnes Arico,* it looks like they've got great reinforcements for next year. Auspicious beginning.
*I guess they can mostly be ignored, considering that she's winning, doing it with grace, and clearly not going anywhere.

Nice, thanks!

I'll be there, parking is free if you're on the fence about going. Saturday's crowd was awesome except they barely let the band play. Only 2 or 3 rounds of The Victors the whole game.
I think the NCAA sets limits on the band which sucks because American didn't even bring a band.
It was weird for them to enter without the M Fanfare.
If this game is not sold out, i'm gonna be very disappointed in each and every one of you
I’ll be down by the Maize Rage and they better come in numbers and be loud. Naz’s last home game, no?
Yeah, last home game for Naz. Not sure about the other seniors (Kiser, Rauch, and Dilk) since COVID years and what not.
Thinking about making the drive, it's been 3 or 4 years since I last attended a Michigan WBB game.
The Iowa/Creighton game is so bizarre. Nobody other than Clark or Czinano can hit anything and they all have no confidence right now. So they're just trying to force it to them in ridiculous situations. Iowa down 3 after 3.
Also Creighton is just full Jordan Rulesing Clark and not getting called so she's super pissed.
Iowa women bounced. Got incredibly tight in the second half and couldn't make anything.
We shouldn't be surprised.
After all, it is Iowa basketball, right?
Through six quarters, South Carolina has allowed 31 points in the NCAA tournament.
