Walk on Wizard
Nice to see Michigan and Shawn Hunwick getting some national coverage. Yahoo Sports' Hockey Blogger, Puck Daddy, covers Michigan's cinderella run to the CCHA title and the straight from a cheesy movie emergence of Hunwick as a walk-on star.
Nothing we haven't already heard or discussed but good to see it on a national hockey stage

Normally I don't like seeing Michigan referred to as a "Cinderella", but I read yesterday that the lowest seed ever to win the CCHA tournament was a 4. Michigan did it over the weekend as a 7.
Hail.

I was hoping we had a level 8 Necromancer walking onto the football team.
Hunwick's cool though. He's playing like a stud.

How do you use that to your advantage after halftime?
Mainly with Penn State, but Norm Parker (Iowa's D-Coordinator) also likes the brains.

more Hobbit... I like to think of Hunwick as Sam or Frodo with Red standing on the crosswalk staring down an advancing and hulking Rick Comley, yelling "You shall not pass (this round)!"

this on the main page about Fort Wayne too, but in case more people read this, according to the Daily (http://michigandaily.com/content/notebook-m-team-speed-too-much-wildcat…) Summers skated on Saturday and Red says he will "probably" play this weekend.
:-)
But a wizard is close.
kind of... in a certain light, facing a certain direction when the camera is at a perfect angle... look a little like Sean Astin in Rudy.
