The Typhoon is a scary deal -- make sure to have some canned goods, bottled water, batteries, and flashlights handy. And maybe pack an extra modem, router, and laptop batteries in some ziploc bags just in case you have to go all Tom Hanks in Castaway and post videos while you are hanging out with Wilson.
"It would be a travesty, it would be ridiculous to all of a sudden come back and get the feeling back, get the health back, feel good again and then all of a sudden go throw some other colors on my shirt and go coach."
I've lived in Korea (about 10km from the ocean) for 10 years, there are typhoons every year, and I've never lost power, but thanks.
Yeah, but isn't this one supposed to be "big" -- like the size of a country big?

I'm on Okinawa and just finished my encounter with Typhoon Bolaven and I would like to say that I feel a bit disappointed. Yes the typhoon is massive, but we never really experience much damage here and we were exposed to a direct hit of the typhoon. I pray that the Typhoon Bolavan greets the korean pennisula the same way.
Strength and Honor
The city where I am was one of the hardest hit in Korea. >100mph sustained winds, a huge coal tanker broke apart and sank, people who couldn't afford to live in a 20-story cement building like me died. I'm in shock watching the local news. It could have been a lot worse but it fizzled out before it hit Seoul.
MGOUSMC, what camp are you on. I was in Back in the 90's and did some time on Schwab and the NTA. Just wondering how Oki is since then. I also spent 1 1/2 years on Guam for Barracks duty. I miss the pacific.............
Shouldn't you be evacuating or something?
Barnum & Pad level. So ready for Dallas!

I just had a thought when they were talking about 42 big ten champinships. Does anyone know who nationally has the most conference championships in history, regardless of conference? (had a hard time wording that question but hopefully you understand so i dont have to pull out the old strunk and white).
"Michigan Defense" is dominating everything, in every aspect of life. That's a rough definition.

There are other schools that have more but in a combination of conferences. Michigan has the most in the same conference.
At least among the major conferences. Clemson leads the ACC with 14, Alabama leads the SEC with 22, USC has 38 out of the PCC/Pac-8/12, Michigan has 42 Big Ten titles, while Nebraska has 43 out of the MVIAA and Big-6/7/8/12.
Eyeballing it, the national list looks like Nebraska, Michigan, USC, Ohio, Texas. I could be wrong with Texas, but whatever.
Go Blue!
Wrong. Ohio has the most because nothing before 1950 counts.

thanks for posting.. You are truly a Michigan man..
Go Blue !!
Did Hoke call Brandstatter "Jerry" at the end of the show?
We ARE Michigan....COME GET SOME!!!
It was weird to actually hear the names of some freshmen.
It's really football season! Thanks for this.
"And when we play as a team, when the old season is over, you and I know, it's gonna be Michigan again, Michigan."
