Poor Sir Charles Barkley. His prediction went down.

KenPom says they have better O, worse D and a MUCH slower tempo than Alabama.
If we play anything like we did against FSU, we will be in good shape. I feel like they run less of a risk of pulling an amazing game out of their hat than Alabama did.

If USC holds on tonight and pulls off the upset on Tuesday, Michigan will be in-line to play back-to-back games against teams from Los Angeles to go to the national title game.

UCLA scares me. Perhaps this is BPONE talking but UCLA is peaking at the right time.
Even if other posters think UCLA didn't look good tonight, they sure did look better than a highly touted FSU.

get a grip. win the game.

Aren’t we peaking at the right time? Just smoked a 4 seed after all.

yeah, but if Bama won you probably would have said the same thing, considering Bama would have won 9 in a row if they had won...not to mention the SEC champs
Credit UCLA, as they are playing well, and got off the mat after that Bama 38' buzzer beater...
People have been worrying about Michigan match ups since LSU and FSU...UCLA is no different - that's why its the Elite Eight.
its been all gravy since beating LSU...

Usually you expect to run into a top-10 type team in the Elite Eight. UCLA could be a top-25 team, but they are nowhere close to a top-10 team.
Everyone left is on a hot streak by definition, so whatever. At this point I expect us to beat anyone not named Gonzaga or Baylor.

Nah, UCLA had long stretches of missing all kinds of stuff, and Alabama was horrible for longer stretches.
Cover the guy with big hair and Juaquez decently -- that's the ticket.

I didn't watch the UCLA/Bama game, but I just saw some highlights on TBS, and it seemed like UCLA was making a bunch of long 2s and 3s with a defender right in their face. I don't like that kind of team because they can get hot and just beat you with garbage shots despite your good defense.
The alternative is Alabama, who has an entire season of doing that kinda stuff, at a much higher consistency, AND with a top ranked defense to match. Even with all that junk UCLA threw in, they didn't shoot great and would've lost if bama hit even one of their 14 missed free throws
Hero ball offense can win you some games. It does not win you an ncaa tournament
To my untrained eyeballs, LSU sure looks a lot scarier than either FSU or UCLA.
That LSU team has three NBA guys on it. You could feel the difference in athlete watching them go up against Michigan.
Could be we look back at that game as the toughest of the East bracket.
