You are right. If this were happening to black people, it would be handled differently. If Native Americans don't care, neither should you. This used to really piss me off until I realized I was the only one pissed off and this isn't my cause.

LSU boosters are absolutely better than Texas ones. Not that LSU boosters are good, Texas's are just that terrible.

I am stunned at the Herman to LSU news. I live in NOLA, and almost everyone I have read in this market and region pretty much thought Herman to Texas was a "done deal."

The breaking news alert just came up at the bottom of my screen, so I'll take that to mean there is indeed something to this. If Herman ends up at LSU - as early as Saturday, per the report - then yeah, Texas gets stuck with....basically whoever is insane enough to deal with that football culture, and I don't know that it would necessarily be quality unless there was an insane amount of money involved.

We'll see. He's only been at Houston a couple of years. Guys like Butch Jones and Brian Kelly have been good at lower levels but then failed in the big stage. I don't think he's a bad coach but people talk like he's a proven commodity ala Harbaugh or Meyer.
