What a shit game on a shit field with a shit halftime performer. Boring game. I'm a little surprised the Denver defense is doing to Carolina what they did to NE but they've done it all year. Denver would pull away with a QB that could throw a football without a gallon of novacane and percocet. Carolina looks like a bad college spread team on offense. Terrible SB so far.

This is kind of going how I expected, except the Panthers are sloppy with the ball.  Manning hasn't look good, but he's also (save for that one INT) not actively hurting this team.

nothing says football like.....Coldplay. Honestly can't remember the last performer that made sense. It's always some washed up pop band or still famous female pop star. I can't think of the last one that was anywhere near the realm of being a fit or making sense. Coldplay would be "kinda lame" as a pick in 2003. In 2016? I don't get it.

Guarantee you 0% of the kids on that stage with violins actually know how to play the violin.

And now they march on a marching band no one can hear, who probably aren't even playing.

What is this shit.

Coldplay hasn't been in good in almost a decade. Sheesh.

The visual tech guys deserve more credit than the band.

Bey and Bruno better bring the heat.

Yeah Bruno is a great singer and showman.  Closest thing we have to the old Prince / MJ vibe nowadays.

I know many will disagree but Justin Timberlake is also a hell of a showman and singer.  He did a tribute thing at some awards show maybe 2 yrs ago for about 10 minutes and it was excellent.  Not sure if he ever gets an invite back due to the stupid Janet Jackson thing.

The problem is almost all of rock is now underground and its become so niche.  This is a perfect venue for a massive rock band but they'd all but disappeared off mainstream radio.  Thats why they bring out the U2s, Rolling Stones, Bon Jovis - guys who are 20 yrs past their peak.

And a lot of the R&B folk when you hear them "live" you can see they are just in studio production.  I am still shuddering recalling Black Eyed Peas "sing" - and I really like them in general.

So not many choices.

was pretty awesome IMO.

If you

It was a beautifully poignant moment with U2 singing with the names of the victims scrolling behind him. The song's title refers to the fact that in N. Ireland one can tell if you are Catholic or Protestant by the name of the street you live on.The song is referring to heaven where all differences are abolished.
