as per normal.  we won't need a real 'dinner' since the hors d'ouvres are so plentiful that nobody has any room for anything else.   except dessert.

Carolina BBQ (butt), collards, slaw, 7 layer dip, sausage dip and french onion soup. Planter's punch and Fonta Flora Apple Saison. I don't like the Panthers but they are so going to win.

Chicken wings of various flavors, deviled eggs, carrots and celery with multiple dips.

I'll be drinking Two Hearted Ale and will also probably pull something nice from the cellar for halftime and second half.

Low Country Boil!!!

Discovered it in a vaca to Charleston SC, a local made it for us. Traditional SC coastal meal. Kids love it. Potatoes, corn, mushroom, summer sausage, spicy sausage, and shrimp thrown into a pot (not all at once) with crab seasoning and plenty of Ol' Bay. Make a ton, it all goes. Plus buffalo wings for appetizer.

I've made New England clam chowder for the last 6 years on super bowl Sunday and continuing the tradition this year. Also have wings, pulled pork, meatballs and various dips/apps. Going out now to find some good beer!

Party sub, pizza, home made wings, 7 layer dip...

For beer, some fat tire, yards, shock top and merry monks.

If you are looking to make wings, Google "wings recipe baking power". It's too late for today, but a nice recipe for next time.

Pulled pork sliders, White Castle wannabe sliders, a third type of sliders... Assorted snacks and desserts, and some Sam Adams, Founders, and Dark Horse beer. Shared with about 15-20 of our friends.

Usually get a huge order from OTs BBQ. They win one category or another every year in the Kalamazoo Ribfest.

Ribs, chicken, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, corn bread and red beans & rice.

BYOB. I just spent $200 on food.

Over here, we're just doing steaks and some grilled chicken shish kebab for variety, mixed vegetables and twice baked potatoes. After all, it is just my wife and I and the kids will only eat select bits of this particular meal. It does allow for some great leftovers through the early part of the week, of course.

Drinks? Still can't in my case, so fucking sparkling grape juice. My wife has wine.

Chinese New Year is here, so we are making dumplings, pork, leek, shrimp, hundreds of dumplings. Actually it's my gf and her friends doing all the work, I'm tending to the beer. And marinating wings and got some ribs going. Happy New Year! And for all you monkeys, turning 24, 36, 48, 60 etc. this is your year. Make sure you are wearing red underwear.

I bought a Good-One Marshall the other day. Smoked a full chicken last night as the first meat. Today a brisket and a couple of slabs of ribs with 2 different rubs. Have a big BBQ event in April and need to get use to the new pit! Couple of family and friends coming over to be my taste testers.
