So I think Fox Just Said They’re Filming the MGoBlog Tailgate

So Fox has a show around the Ohio State game called 100,000 Cameras: Michigan vs. Ohio State. The show combines their own footage with social media posts from fans on both sides, both at the stadium or at home.

They also use their own cameras and follow around a few selected fans. And if you read, like UFRs on this blog I guarantee you know one of them. In fact he’s also hosting our tailgate this Saturday. Right, remember the tailgate we announced? Tickets are selling fast, we are about 65% sold out. Pre-sale ends Wednesday at 11pm so get in on it fast. 

You can also send them anything you shoot yourself from the build-up to game day by hashtagging it #100kcams. Examples:

• The Alumni Association’s Annual Great Debate (Coach Hanlon, Dennis from the OC, and Bacon will be arguing for our side)
• The Graveyard Walk (which leaves from the Diag tomorrow at 6)
• Your crazy front yard
• A Thanksgiving blessing that ends with your whole family singing the Victors, plus the alma mater, plus Varsity
• Shouting “Who’s got it better than us?” at strangers in supermarkets
• Rapture Dude and Facepalm Guy doing their things next to each other

Or whatever sort of thing you’re up to, hashtag it #100kcams then tune in to FOX on December 2nd to see if your clips made the show.

Anyway, like I said one of those pre-selected fans they’re following around with cameras happens to be hosting the MGoTailgate so I expect that means Fox will be showing up with cameras to our party.
