Carmelo Anthony hates Sneetches.

That's why it's helpful to have some stars in the defensive backfield...

Obi Ezeh.
You'll notice he (it) was in the middle (yet out of position) with the ball always just out of reach.

Sneetches get steetches

Gotta ask - what led you to this video?

The only conclusion is that this poster is actually Dr. Seuss. Who else would know of this clip's existence and search for it?

But what happens next is, a guy shows up with a machine that can put stars on the plain-bellied sneetches, or else removes the stars from star-bellied sneetches. So all the plain-bellied sneetches go through the machine and become star-bellied sneetches. They think the original star-bellied sneetches will accept them as equals, but instead the star-bellied sneetches have their stars removed and then declare that it's better to be a plain-bellied sneetch.
I think the moral of the story is that Michigan wins 9 games next year.

...the moral also contains a message to Dantonio that if he forced his team through a de-thugging machine they would, in turn, be better off for it. But, I'm glad he doesn't know Dr. Suess or how to make that machine.

Funny, I think the completion of the story was the description of the local media's view on MSU's instate recruiting...you know, everyone they get has stars added to them, while the ones that come here have them taken away. But then they know not having stars is more special.

There were a series of really great Journal entries on this last season. Look them up.

Thanks. I will be reviving all this McBean stuff in the off season. My football season depression is wearing off, and I will soon be motivated.

Not to ruin the ending, but eventually of course, things get so confused what with Sneetches running in and out of the star machines that some of them forget whether or not they have one and Pat White sneetches are created. Nobody thinks those sneetches are any good, but they go on to have awesome college careers and the moral of the story is stars don't matter.
