I know while I am at work this will be the most productive thing I do all day.

I think most things are pointing to UCLA. At this point I'd almost rather see him go there. It seems like he wants to go to a place where they will guarantee he's the focus and the only TE in the class.

With my maize and blue bias pushing the edge to Michigan based off location and family being able to not only attend home games, but also games on the road. They could see him multiple times each year.

Very good point.  Our games at Rutgers, Maryland, and Penn State are within a reasonable distance of CT, along with A2 being an easy flight from CT.

Not only is UCLA far away, but every one they play on the road is far away too.

Very well said, exactly how I have been trying to look at how he's been acting the past months. He's a kid, he can change his mind whenever he wants and say what he likes. This is a big deal for him.

I was 60/40 M when he did his visit here, then it went to 60/40 in favor of UCLA since his visit there. I know Coach got to meet with him afterwards. So I can only hope that he made some progress and we can be the school he picks, today.

I'll be in and out of meetings all day, but I don't see myself being overly productive otherwise.

Should be interesting who Michigan winds up with; seems like the tea leaves are pointing toward some surprises.

And for sleepy doctors who have been at work for half an hour.

Anyone else feel old, given that Wheatley and Runyan both have sons who maybe freshman next fall?

Runyan lived on my floor at Hunt in S.Quad once upon a time...

But if this happens. I'm sorry, I'll be the most obnoxious poster on this board (wait, I already am). I will have no humility for 24 hours and people will hate me for it. I called this weeks ago and basically wrote a diary as to why. So many people said I was blowing smoke for me to be humble.

It's happening.

Because your high level donor uncle knows?

Sidenote: Clark very well could be. But no donor would know...a donor would something like "we're recruiting the top TE in the country out of Avon Farms, CT...we feel really good about him and pairing him with Jake Butt would give us one of the best tandems in the country."

That's the kind of stuff coaches say to donors. Which certainly can be taken as a silent commit "we feel really good about him" and all.
