want cancer to be completely obliterared but I do wish that my team did not have to wear pink basketball shoes for a big conference game. Just being honest.

guess I would just rather have the team participate and raise money while still wearing the school colors for the game.

Love pink and hate cancer, but Michigan's colors are Maize and Blue.  No reason we have to wear uniformz to raise money for breast cancer.  (Also, wouldn't it be enough for the teams to simply agree to use a pink ball?)

Not a fan of how cancer awareness is now automatically associated with pink in the sports world.  I love breast cancer awareness, we all want healthy titties.  I just don't like how it seems like the other types are on the back burner.  I'd have preferred orange for chadtough if they were going to do something like this.

I agree with you on not wanting other cancers on the back burner but one of the reasons we have come so far in breast cancer research is how much money has been dontated to it. The reason so much money has been donated to Susan G. Komen, etc. is almost everyone has been directly affected by breast cancer. It resonates very highly with a broad audience and I for one want to keep it in the forefront of peoples minds.

I'd personally like to see more wide ranging awareness events for other cancers but I don't want to see it replace breast cancer. I think you can keeping having "pink" while adding other events like burgundy for multiple myeloma, grey for brain cancer, etc.

They've done similar things for the other Jordan BBall programs in the past (These are from '14). I wouldn't be surprised to see something like that tomorrow night.
