This is exactly why Brian is about to implement a rating system. Crap like this is going to have you at the bottom faster than a… ah hell, I’ll let you finish that statement…everyone knows you are dying too!

I don't think he's the biggest homo (Liberace is probably the biggest homo, according Guiness Book of World Records based on sphincter diameter) but he is a pretty big homo. I think this is why he is going to Ohio State - for a chance to be the starting center. Or to become Mr. Plow. "What's that name - it's Mr. Plow, that name again - it's Mr. Plow"

Hulkster here. Just thought I would do my part as a Real American to point out that the premise that this joke was built upon - that the term "gay" is somehow negative or funny when applied to a football player - just can not continue to go unchecked if we wish to become an enlightened, progressive society. Fight for what's right, Hulk

I'm honestly 50/50 as to whether or not this is a joke. The fact there UM has a lot of hippie-liberals who would say something like that leads me to think he's begin serious. The Hulk picture votes for a joke. I'm still on the fence.

Playing the role of Santa Claus at a mall outside of Columbus. Free donuts on all 15 minute breaks. Brodie meant to have a holiday tie in with his message but clicked on save prematurely.

A joke is an amusing story with a punchline. This is a joke: "Werner Heisenberg gets pulled over by the police. The officer asks him, 'Do you have any idea how fast you were going? Heisenberg replies, 'No, but I know where I am!'" "Justen Boren: big homo or biggest homo?" is pointless and homophobic, but it is not a joke. If you're looking for a sophomoric giggle session, I recommend the WLA. Brian's posts have made this site popular because it's clear he puts some thought into them. Let's respect what makes MGoBlog great, and try to do the same. (note: I am in no way attempting to imply that WLA posters do not put thought into their posts; I merely suggest that one reads the comment posts on that site looking for a different kind of entertainment than is provided here.)

Joke (noun) 1. something said or done to provoke laughter or cause amusement, as a witticism, a short and amusing anecdote, or a prankish act. Seems to me that if Brodie meant for the comment to provoke laughter, then it's a "joke" ... but semantics aside I'm sort of surprised at the hostility for this post. Maybe you don't think it's funny, but Brodie's intent wasn't ill-spirited (IMO). I guess the only gripe is the use of the word "homo". Idk, I guess I hear and read way more offensive things on a daily basis to take much offense to this.

Brodie could have presented his post more professionally...but are you people ready for all of the attention Boren is going to get next November during the week of the OSU-M game? ESPN and every other God-forsaken 24 hour sports network is going to follow his every move before, during and after the game. There will be the interview with his mother and father along with his younger brother who RR did not want to recruit. The entire "family values" thing will be brought up again and pushed down our throat like that last piece of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving night. He is the only player to EVER transfer from M to OSU or vice-versa so he is special alright. He could have left quietly and stated he had other goals but he did not do so. What he did was dishonorable so excuse Brodie for calling him a homo; this is not correct. He is a flaming skidoosh.

it was funnier than hell. Good job Brodie. But remember, we're on the interwebs, people can get offended very easily from some obscure poster, especially when they are gay themselves.
