Seth Appreciation Thread

Submitted by AlbanyBlue on November 27th, 2021 at 11:03 AM

This being Ohio State week, I'm not sure what we'll get as far as UFRs, etc., so I want to post this up to thank Seth for stepping up HUGE time to take over the many hours each week needed to give us UFRs in addition to so much other content this season.

You've always done great work, but this season you've taken it to another level. Personally, I would have felt a huge loss if there were no (or greatly simplified) UFRs, but the change in author was pretty seamless. Great job, man. Thanks for maintaining one of the best -- and certainly the most time-intensive -- things on the blog. You win the MGoBlog Heisman this year.

Obligatory, because yeah....

Thank you Seth! You have delivered great content, done an extraordinary amount of work for the UFR's and been a great voice on the podcasts. You have been a great asset to MGOBlog!

The southern wind brings a putrid stink, like the breeze from Hades. It happens every two years. The marauding hordes of Ohio State are leaving their stables, one by one, hauling their spawn northwards in caravans of trucks, banging on pots and pans and drooling profusely. Disgusting. You can avoid them by holing up in zingerman’s because not one ohioan is refined enough to know of its existence. Instead, they will gather outside the town fortifications, probably at some Shoney’s, where they will mush waffles into their pie holes and bleat low-brow slogans. God help us. Michigan 27, Ohio State 24.

thank you, Seth!

Michigan fans here are blessed with an embarrassment of riches when it comes to free, high quality sports content here. May those blessing spill over into the OSU game today!

I will echo this. He took on what seems like an inhuman amount of upkeep with this place and all of its associated features and did so with great aplomb despite the great sacrifice of time that it most certainly had to be. Kudos indeed, Seth.

Who's this Seth guy?

Seriously tho, if it's possible to label someone a good friend that you've only met once in person but corresponded with for a decade over the interwebs then Seth is that to me.

Kudos my friend and thanks.

I was going to make this into a new topic, but I figured I'd just piggyback on here.

Take the week off my man! You don't know how many times you'll get to experience a week leading up to a B1G Championship game, and I'd hate for you to not enjoy it as much as you deserve because you feel a sense of urgency to put out a UFR or whatever. We'll still plug into the site as often as ever!
