Tough loss. Go blue always.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:36 PM ^
The good thing about constant disappointment is that losses don't completely ruin my week like they used to. There are bigger things in life than a football team. Bummer, but GO BLUE!
October 19th, 2019 at 11:28 PM ^
Sometimes your favorite football team is just ok and not great. Go cry in a corner or hop on the Alabama bandwagon if you can't accept it.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:28 PM ^
No but they do know how to spell disgraceful!
October 19th, 2019 at 11:37 PM ^
Just ok is not ok. What happened to the Michigan difference? leaders and best? those who stay will be champions?
it's all fake news

Well this has been going on for 15 years now. I’m fed up

Michigan State has won 3 Big 10 titles under Dantoni. We haven't won even a division title. Phil Steele picked this team in the final 4. This is a massively underperforming season. OSU gets 5 stars who perform, our 3 stars don't make plays when it matters. I will always love Michigan but we are not a top football program since 2004. There is nobody better than Jim to hire. I'm not advocating any coaching changes.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:34 PM ^
2006 was good until the OSU game. Ever since Bo died, we have been cursed.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:42 PM ^
Why does Michigan fan keep bringing up bo all the damn time? I occasionally look at Ohio state boards and woody hayes name is never brought up. Stop living in the past evolve in 2019 and play the game.
October 20th, 2019 at 12:32 AM ^
It’s so Michigan to worship a coach who never won a national title.

Change it to Disgracefool. Fits better

If this was Harbaugh's first year, I would feel good about the team.
It's the fifth. Penn State isn't good. Michigan should have won this game. But the team made so many mistakes early, from the coaching staff to the players, that all it took was one disaster of a mistake to lose. This shouldn't be happening in his fifth year. Against teams that are worse than Michigan, Michigan should be winning.
We're at the point of Harbaugh's tenure when he should be winning. If he's still not winning now, why the fuck does anyone think he's gonna start winning next year or the next? The mistakes are Harbaugh football. And that'll never change.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:37 PM ^
Brady Hoke and RichRod were abysmal. Lloyd Carr's teams made mistakes. Gary Moeller's teams made mistakes. Bo Schembechler's teams made mistakes. Outside of one or two magical seasons in the last 80 years, this is what Michigan football is. Elite coaches don't grow on trees. We probably just need to settle for pretty good and hope for occasional greatness.
October 20th, 2019 at 12:16 AM ^
Harbaugh is 1-11 vs top 10 teams. Carr was 20-8
Shove pretty good up your ass.
October 20th, 2019 at 1:45 PM ^
Ol' Lloyd was damn good for a guy who wasn't expected to be a head coach and was quite uneasy when the role was suddenly thrust upon him.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:37 PM ^
Yeah Penn State is only ranked 7th and are still undefeated, but they aren't good.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:42 PM ^
Well, Kentucky put them to shame not long ago. Kentucky
October 19th, 2019 at 11:49 PM ^
Michigan annihilated that team. 2019 Penn State is not 2018 Penn State.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:57 PM ^
Not on the road they didn't.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:55 PM ^
They're underwhelming. I believe OSU will run them (as they will everybody) and I could see them dropping one of their next 3 if they didn't get the breaks or hit their big plays.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:34 PM ^
We were *Literally* a Ronnie Bell "Hands" not body catch away from tying the game. I appreciate the effort from our guys tonight!
October 19th, 2019 at 11:35 PM ^
Lol yes, they are an awful program that should give up football and never play again.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:39 PM ^
That was neither a choke nor a disgrace. That was a great football game and a team we can be proud of. I thought for sure we would fold when we were down 21-0. The team showed fight and guts. There's still a lot of games left. The question is whether you love winning or whether you love Michigan football. Most of us here love Michigan football.
Beat Notre Dame!
October 19th, 2019 at 11:50 PM ^
Loser, BETA talk.
$8 million for moral victories? Give me a damn break. We're going to end up being an 8-4 team (if we're lucky) - a far cry from the B1G favorites that the $8 million dollar man said we were. Oh well, 3rd or 4th place in the division again ain't so bad, right?
October 19th, 2019 at 11:53 PM ^
Very inspiring.
You should go coach a college football team and show us all how it's done.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:44 PM ^
Nah, Michigan will beat ND and MSU. This was by far Michigan's best road performance for the Harbaugh era. We're getting there. Go blue!!!!
October 19th, 2019 at 11:48 PM ^
Fuck that. 2016 @ aPOSu was more impressive. It didn't take them 2 quarters to show up.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:59 PM ^
That was at home.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:46 PM ^
Bo's first five years:
1) Beat aPOSu, heart attack kept him from coaching the Rose Bowl. 8-3.
2) Couldn't win the big one. 10-1.
3) Loss to a 7-4 Stanford team. 11-1.
4) Couldn't win the big one. 10-1.
5) Couldn't properly kiss AD's asses. No Bowl. 10-0-1.
It's been this way before, just a better polished turd.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:50 PM ^
Screw the feel good “we didn’t quit” bull shit. Moral victories don’t mean shit. If you truly want National Championships, you find a way to win this game. Start off by not playing like you’re clueless for half.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:55 PM ^
We will not win another NC
October 19th, 2019 at 11:54 PM ^
Coming from one the biggest concern troll on this blog.
October 20th, 2019 at 9:19 AM ^
Yup. Michigan Football has turned into the Detroit Lions. Beat the crappy teams, but never win the really important games. Tons of penalties and timely miscues. Screwed by bad reffing. Fans happy that we came close. Moral victories. Wait till next year. Blah blah blah.
October 20th, 2019 at 9:21 AM ^
Ha! Michigan st and dignity in the same sentence. Funny shit right there.
