Saturday Night What are You Drinking/Doing Thread

Despite the b-ball team getting beat and the particularly ugly end to the hockey team's regular season, it is nevertheless Saturday night and spring is indeed in the air, with St. Patty's day just a few days away.  So, what're you drinking and what is up with your weekend? 

just took burgers off the grill, our own grass-fed beef about which i am a bit snobby.  a glass of merlot and the kids are watching a 50's disney movie, 'johnny tremaine' about the revolutionary war.

My grandpa died yesterday. I still can't believe it. He was 73 going on 23. He made me feel old. He was fine following surgery, and just died suddenly. I bet the damn Cubs will win the World Series soon, and he won't be here to see it happen. Le sigh.

First day of my spring break, and had a amazing time. Got a great day buzz with a college housemate at Ashley's. Hung out with my best friend from high school at the co-op that his girlfriend lived at while she was at the social work school.

It was one of those days where you really live in the moment and all your various problems feel like they'll all work out in the end.
