Percy Harvin just got knocked out of the Seattle - Saints game. Not sure if he'll come back. Who do you guys have winning today? Of course I am going for the Pats later tonight.

As much as I like Dierdorf, former U-M all America, he was way off base. Take the safety, kick it away. Even a field goal drive nets only 5 which is less then the probable 7 resulting from Indy ball at the 2. This is why so many times you ll see a punter kick the ball out of the end zone. Just don t get Dierdorfs thinking on this. I would like to say the odds of these 2 events playing out.

I watched the officials gift wrap a victory for the Patriots against the Browns earlier this year. Looks like we're witnessing another one of those games where the refs consistently make calls favoring the home team. What a shock.

I guess I and the announcing team doing the game missed those. What we saw were trips not called, receivers tossed to the ground and holding not called right on front of the ref.
But at this point it doesn't matter. If you can't stop the run you won't win even if you get the calls.

This what drives me insane about NFL coaching. Pagano punts the ball on 4th and less than 1, down by 21 in the fourth quarter. After his defense had already given up 43 points. Of course New England drives all the way down and is knocking on the door and has sealed the game.

Yet no one will criticize his ludicrous decision because of the annoyingly conservative/risk-averse mentality in the NFL. Gotta play for that field position!

Dd they seriously just punt from the 25?
Somewhere in Michigan a tear rolls down the face of a smiling Lloyd Carr who nods and says "yes" quietly to himself.
