Sam Crystal Ball for Roderick Pierce

Sam Webb just put in a crystal ball pick for 3*DT Roderick Pierce to UM. Sam has always said he doesn't put in a pick unless he has legit info. Allan Trieu had also put a pick in 2 weeks ago for UM. Pierce is one of the Wisconsin decommits. Looks like he's been focused on UM, Texas and Illinois since he opened things up.

this dude's ranking has absolutely skyrocketed. the excitement is not just a matter of where he's ranked today but where he was ranked a year ago. He was in the 1500s or something when he committed to UW and now he's like a top-400 4 star. smells like another Mason Graham

Graham has been so good as a frosh that our other freshman unicorn (according to insiders), Kenneth Grant, has flown totally under the radar this year.

Lots of young talent on this team and finally a staff we feel is getting everything out of them in both physical, technical and shematic develepment.

Doubtful this guy is another Graham. Freshman DT are just, normally, not much of a factor.

Pierce is important however because we have to constantly build depth. This class is lower rated but it builds solid depth and should provide a bridge to 2024. The only position I'm really concerned about is CB. If we get Hill and Gates I will be stoked.

Texas is a big program and Illinois probably knows what they're doing now that Bielema has them rolling.  I'm confident Pierce will be a worthwhile pickup.

I like this kids film a lot since he put on 30 lbs from junior to senior year, 247 proper is higher on him than composite and I think he ends ranked as a 4 star once the senior film is digested.

on another note Michigan is getting a visit from AJ barner who was a junior captain for Indiana.  Two years eligibility  plays TE and is similar/very similar to Schoon.  Personally I see him as the superior prospect to Cuevas
