Rock Hype Video/Tribute
Apparently, the rock band, Pop Evil, has recorded a Michigan Football tribute song. The song will be released at the end of the month and they made a 'teaser trailer'/hype video for it. I found it here: http://banana1015.com/pop-evil-teases-2011-michigan-wolverines-football-song-in-the-big-house/ and it is pretty cool. This is my first time starting a topic. Hope the embed works.

It's definitely not metal.
I think queefcore is the acceptable term for this genre.

I think I will borrow the term, "queefcore" from you, if ya don't mind...

can we just pretend that that didn't happen.

This is the type of band that makes me change the radio station. That said, I'm not going to pretend that if they played this at the night game I wouldn't get pumped up from it.

Please don't let this get released. It sounds way to close to Nickelback, and no one in the history of man wants that.

Well, at least its better than We Are ND.

This is just awful. Please make it be not true.
Ears bleeding.

I have no problem with metal or rock or any other genre, but this style of Nicklebackish asshattery is unbearable. It is the music of idiots.

In the interest of RAWK/Special K containment I'll just post this here instead of in its own thread. I had a long drive home a few days ago and thought it'd be fun to put a video together to try and kill a few days before kickoff. My minimal video editing experience was tested but I managed to finish it today.
To make it challenging I used only 2010 highlights and tried to keep a balance of offensive and defensive highlights. It could have easily been the Denard show for four (hundred?) minutes.
The get off my lawn crowd (and frankly a lot of the non-GOML crowd too) probably won't like the music ("Architects" by Rise Against). But I like the song and some of the message sort of applies to the team, so I went with it.
Enjoy!

I've been on a kick recently where nearly all I listen to is Rise Against's Endgame album. This is one of my favorite track's off the album so seeing it with Michigan Football makes my heart warm. I had never realized how fitting the lyrics were either.

The only thing that made me cringe more than the Pop Evil video were the AEWSOME!!!!111 comments on Michigan's Facebook page
