With the recent news, it’s time to do the funniest thing.

Ensure that Ryan Day has losing record against TWO Michigan coaches.

November 25th can’t come fast enough. Tony can’t save you Buckeye nation. Sherrone and his boys best be feasting.

OSU won. They set out to submarine this team and program and did it. This hampers Michigan greatly in that game in 2 weeks. Can Michigan still win? Yes. Is the odds better now? No. IF OSU beats Michigan than their entire plan worked. Even if they lose, it still shows the big ten is in their back pocket and they will just dig deeper.

The suspension is utter horseshit, and OSU is clearly behind this and should never be forgiven.  That entire program needs to be nuked from orbit in every way imaginable.

For what it's worth though, this news has not moved any betting lines that I can find thus far.  Still 5.5 point favorites in the OSU game, still best odds to win it all.  Clearly the oddsmakers didn't care about Stalions (or the "21 point advantage" crocodile tears), nor do they think Day can outcoach Sherrone.

That's a coach that gave OSU everything they could handle in Columbus, one ticky tack holding call away from being in a very very tight game. We smoked them without passing the ball in their own house and with the most media hysteria I've ever seen in sports swirling for two weeks and our head coach in the hotel.

Exactly they won and Michigan lost. It was a zero sum game and OSU got all the benefits. They lost on all fronts and have been embarrassed.

I don't see any positives out of this honestly. Even if they "proved" more staff knew, who cares, it's a minor violation regardless and Michigan has been punished worse than most schools who broke actual rules.

Now Michigan knows the B1G and OSU can do whatever they want and Michigan cannot and will not stop them.

But it does make Sherrone Moore a busier man on gameday. Can he handle HC/OC and OL duties? I'm not even excited about HC and OC duties by the same guy.

This makes me more nervous for OSU, and I was already pretty nervous to begin with. They will be ready, unlike last year when they thought 2021 was a fluke and they'd just roll over us like usual.

They've been preparing for this game all season long. I'm sure they can figure something out to help lighten the load on Moore. PSU was short notice and in a tough environment. If he can manage the game there, I faith we'll figure it out in 2 weeks.

I honestly don't think this game will be all that close. MHJ will make some plays. We'll get stopped a few times by that defense. But I'm really not afraid of this Buckeye squad at the end of the day. They're basically 2018 Michigan. They'll get exposed on the 25th and Ryan Day will be beheaded by the angry mob when he arrives back in Columbus

You know what'd be hilarious?  If Michigan didn't lie down and take it in the butt every time somebody waiving a badge came around to check if we changed our oil every 3000 miles, if we kept the tags on the pillow, if we capitalized our proper nouns, if we said please and thank you.  That would have me rolling.

Agreed, even if new evidence came to light as some are suggesting take it to court anyway. If it comes out that Harbaugh knew and financed the whole thing go in debating the legality of the scouting in the first place. Michigan fans were finally proud that their university wasn’t the one school that takes the NCAA seriously and then when the going gets tough they just cave to the B1G and the whims of a bunch of AD’s and coaches who have an interest in Michigan failing.

This also doesn’t even close the NCAA portion of the investigation. When was the last time a team was disciplined by both their conference and the NCAA for the same violation? I can’t remember that ever happening, and over something so stupid no less.

How do we move forward with the B1G? Anytime somebody isn’t well liked they can be ganged up on and suspended from their position over ticky tack bullshit. Never been more embarrassed for my school just rolling over.

The only way that this makes any modicum of sense is if Harbaugh has informed the school that he won’t be coming back next year and we are using this as a tryout for Sherrone Moore. Even if that is the case they still shouldn’t have gone down without a fight.

The last time a program got hit by it's conference and then the NCAA?  Sing it with me everyone, Washington in the early 90's!!  This is literally the same playbook.  It's disappointing and shocking that we are allowing this to play out when that example is already etched in real history and should have a basic and effective counter worked out.

They should probably remove the part of the intro where James Earl Jones says, "we are proud members of the Big Ten Conference," otherwise, Ohio State won't be getting the loudest boos during The Game.

The self-imposed suspension at the beginning of the year could turn out to be the greatest thing ever. It already happened we know what to do. We're not going to lose boys!

Last week that was the biggest game of Franklin's coaching career and that's doubly so for Day in a week.  There's a non-zero chance that if UM wins the conference this year both PSU and OSU have dead men walking running their programs going into next season.
