His choices are (in no order)

Michigan

MSU

Kentucky

Penn ST

Arkansas

You can watch on CBS Sports. All balls are on Sparty, which is weird because his balls were on Michigan before they lost to Sparty, but then Sparty got destroyed by Iowa.

He was considering MSU before Michigan played MSU so he was clearly looking at them favorably already. Michigan just gave him a reason to fully jump on board with MSU. And them losing isn’t as big of a deal since it’s year 1 for Mel Tucker. Us losing in year 6 looks way worse

Yes, however to jump the balls to msu that fast showed he wasn't jumping on board here.  Remember the interviews he was saying he wanted a place he could be successful on either side of the line if need be.  That was his big point on Michigan, they sold him on pass rush dline and he would get top line coaching either side of the ball.

Told msu early on he wasn't interested..  they came on in the last month or so.  It's not about relationships with him.  Otherwise it's a Michigan then Penn st finish...

Yet another DT blown, whether its one transferring, or just missing out, taking a bag, or the numerous SDE they try to bulk up.

Its not directly the result of the Sparty game.  He didn't watch that game and go "alright that settles it".  It's the reaction to it from alum/fans and the purgatory of knowing what Jim's contract status is.

All of the programs recruiting him are struggling on the dline....  And I agree, he didn't watch the msu michigan game and think that settles it.  However I do believe he was looking for reasons away from Michigan far more than looking to Michigan.  Otherwise he would have committed before the season started.

I don’t believe I said it was MGoBlog. I said it was the fan base. Have you managed to be on Facebook or Twitter lately? I wouldn’t blame you if you hadn’t, but people are calling for Harbaugh’s job on all social media outlets.

National and local media are railing on Harbaugh’s performance and his contract status as well. This kind of talk isn’t limited to MGoBlog. And it DEFINITELY isn’t being ignored by other coaching staffs that are recruiting the same players we are. It’s incredibly foolish to downplay the impact that this kind of narrative has on recruiting.
