Was up north with young kids. Did some snowmobiling, snowmen, water park with them. Home now, wife is home from a work trip. Everyone asleep.
Drinking Russell’s bourbon. Don’t know much about it, but it is sweet and smooth. 2 and then bed . Cheers and Go Blue!

I will personally vote for Trump because he is against abortion. I believe abortion is racist (black and brown people get abortions far more than whites) genocide. When you believe that, it’s pretty easy to vote for him.
Any democrat that comes out and says they are against abortion (and will take action) has my vote.

- Effective sex education
- Birth control
- Better healthcare
No one I know is "pro abortion." I know I'm not. Women aren't waking up pregnant thinking "sweet, can't wait to get an abortion!" But women need to be able to make the choices that are best for their health.
Also, Trump is not against abortion, he's pro-whatever-will-rile-people-up.

Look at the science. A fetus is very clearly alive. It’s part of the human lifespan. The argument that it’s better they are aborted than having a rough life applies just as well to young children in general. Do better.

He is probably going to get re-elected, but it isn’t because of people like the OP. Presidents have been the objects of scorn/ridicule since I’ve been alive. Remember “thanks Obama.” Presidents take shit, that is part of the job.
He is likely going to get re-elected because he has systematically altered the fabric of our society, up is down, bad is good, facts are “unfair.” He has convinced people that sacrificing their own self interest for his is “patriotic.”
He may get his 4 more years, whatever, but it is his rhetoric about “President for Life” that should concern you. That isn’t hyperbole anymore. That is his vision. The reason for the impeachment push is because he is unlikely to ever voluntarily leave office even if defeated, and has already in large part discredited law enforcement and is now starting on the military, the entities who would eventually be responsible for his involuntary removal, if necessary, and the Justice Department is in his pocket. If you are keeping score, he is like 80% to full dictatorship. I’ll talk politics anywhere right now because there is a decent chance I won’t be able to in 5 years.

Obama and Trump don’t share any commonalities man. They are the literally 180 opposite of each other in about 100% of ways. Obama understood that he was serving the populace. I don’t care about a politicians thought process. I care that Trump is attacking abortion, I love that. As I said before, I believe abortion is the equivalent of mass genocide. Unless that opinion changes, I’m going to continue to support him.
And someone above said that they are not in favor of abortion, but people should still have the choice. If you are admitting it’s not ideal to get an abortion, right there you are saying the fetus has value. There are two logical beliefs. Abortion is never ok, or it’s always ok and there is no problem with it at all. Once you admit the fetus has value, your argument becomes extremely flawed. You are valuing some life over others. Abortion is racism and control. It’s disgusting. I would make it equivalent to murder. A women gets one and she gets prison. Anyone who was complicit gets prison as well. Anyone who performs the procedure gets life.

Here is what you don’t understand. Trump does not give a damn about fetuses. He has paid for more abortions than you can count, and he doesn’t give a damn about your race or the plight of any people. All he sees is that he is taking away a right, a right that the Supreme Court determined 50 years ago was guaranteed by the Constitution. And he sees you cheering that exercise of dominion over people, particular women, and that literally gets him off. Good luck with that.

Officially the federal Holiday is called George Washington Birthday. Congress tried to change it to Presidents Day back in 1972 but the VA senators made a fuss and they could not pass the name change but they did change the Holiday to fall on the 3rd Monday of each February. I have to work but I get Holiday pay!

We got MLK day off but do not get tomorrow off. Next company holiday is Memorial Day. You read that right, Memorial Day. It’s a looooooong stretch. They compensate by giving us 3 floating holidays, which I could use for Good Friday or something I suppose.

When I use to work for the private sector years ago, I did not get any holidays off. Since being a FED, I get New Years, MLK, Washington B-day, Memorial Day, 4th, Labor day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Some I get off and some I get holiday pay. It all depends on my work schedule.
