So I thought I'd check to see if there was an Irish pub and sure enough there is a place called Paddy O'Malleys.
I say this as someone who is Irish as far back as records hold, but the proliferation of Irish pubs has to be tied to strains of vd that won't allow you to fly.

Everywhere in the world, there is an Irish bar and a Chinese restaurant.

Funny little anecdote, or terrifying proof of the coming two party global nation-state where we'll all be forced to either eat nothing but Balut and Haggis or starve? I'm not learning Mandarin and Gaelic because I like the accents...

Silk worms and blood pudding would be more on target. I've had both and the future doesn't taste good (or smell good, in the case of fried silk worms).

Black and white pudding? Google it before you eat it. Trust me. That shit ain't no Snack Pack.

The jail you'll end up in has a surprisingly good cable connection. You will also be tortured, but there is a trade off to everything.
Edit: I just saw that you'll be in Yangon. You're out of luck there. You need to take a train to Naypyidaw.

Some of the outlying settlements are still coping with DSL. Our problem has been trying to get the necessary microwave infrastructure in place so we don't have to run these huge cable trunks through the treacherous Valley Of Emo in the Forest Of Bad Posts. A few places might pick up some midrange baordband in a couple weeks. It just depends on whether or not it rains.

It's not close to Yangon, but if you're willing to drive 9 hours and climb 2,400 ft., the Taung Kalat Monastery at Mount Popa does carry Fox Sports 1.

Have you visited the gian golden pointy nipple building in Yangon?
September 2nd, 2015 at 2:47 PM ^
LMAO, but I'm going to take the question seriously.
I was in Yangoon 7 years ago (Bagan, btw, has to have one of most beautiful sunrises in world)
Not sure how much it has changed. 7 years ago, there were barely any traffic lights or even outdoor lights. In the evening, it was black, even downtown. Internet connection so slow, took 20 minutes to check 1 email.
I'm sure things have changed, would be quite impressed if there actually was a place to watch UM-Utah. Anyone know?

HOWEVER, I am looking at their TV listings, and it does not look like they will be showing the game (they very often do; remember, check the Friday morning listing):
If you end up with no other option, at game time I would check the Fox Sports channels that you do get, just in case the TV listings are not accurate. I have seen that happen before.
If you want to ruin your Sunday morning (barring an upset), you do get to watch the ND vs. Texas game live on Fox Sports 3 there.

Which is near the US Embassy. I saw the bowl loss vs. K-State there two seasons ago.
