Apparently you didnt notice the jumpy north carolina basketball guy silhouette on the side of said sweatpants. Had you noticed that you would've happily paid twice that price for the honor of owning a pair.
Candidly I think this batch of stuff looks pretty good.

The prices do seem excessive but IIRC, I paid round $40 for a gray UM sweatshirt (not hooded and no logo besides the word “Michigan”) back in 1988 before I left AA and it is still serviceable as pajamas in the winter.

Something I'd also like to point out: Michigan is rolling with two fonts.
The official font you see on gear worn on the field, on the sidelines and in most of the facilities (that have been updated since the Nike contract was signed) is called Valiant. A Nike creation.
The classic block letter font that has been around at least since the early 2000s is still being featured on SOME Nike apparel-
The classic font is featured in our wordmark on pretty much all merchandise. The new Michigan bedding that MDen is about to get has been redesigned to reflect the change to our actual Maize and not the highlighter of the adidas years-
MDen is about to run out of all bedding pretty soon to make way for the new design. I got our set through College Covers (the manufacturer) recently. It's so new that College Covers doesn't even have the updated photos online but they'll hit the shelves of MDen towards the end of the month.

Quite a process.
- Our old sheets had a hole and we went to go buy a new set at MDen
- MDen said they were out of Queen size until September when they’d restock
- i contacted College Covers and they were out too BUT they told me about the redesign and that they just received the new style (Maize is accurate, Block M and wordmark are smaller but are all over the set) and would let me buy them since they rarely got any direct orders from customers. I still don’t even think they’re live on College Covers website.
- I told them the MDen story and they said that everyone’s stock is so low on their respective schools bedding because a redesign was coming so they stopped distributing the old style.
I’m just happy to have a girlfriend who allows me and also WANTS to do all this stuff. The real MVP.

Not great phrasing but she's a big Michigan fan. We're season ticket holders together for MBB and went to 54 different Michigan sporting events together last season.

Ever since they started using that new font, I've liked it - but I've also always loved the fact that they never retired the classic font. I would miss that look if they got rid of it completely.
Only WD can make clothing apparel interesting.
Likes: The sweatpants, the visors, most of the hoodies
Dislikes: Most of the hats, most of the T shirts
I actually kinda like the blue vented fitted cap and the wolverbear cap. The other ones are whatever.
I do like the sweatpants and hoodies, particularly the hoodie with high neck/collar (whatever that's called). I would like visors, but they look funny on me since my hair is getting longer and just flops over the top. I still have my old Stussy visor I got in college (maybe 1995 or so?). Is Stussy still a thing? Sorry, I'm rambling now.

Not bad. I like how Nike/Jordan have gone with a simpler approach than Adidas did, with a focus on the M logo instead of crazy lines and gradients. It's a little annoying how large the manufacturer logo is - I'd prefer for the M logo to be larger - but that seems to be par for the course nowadays.
It seemed more like Adidas would just use generic templates and slap Michigan logo and colors on them.

I use a replica of the brown jug for my moonshine. No coozie needed.

As a hat guy, this is hands down the BEST batch of hats released under the Jordan brand to date. I plan on getting at least 3 from this release. Love the variety in looks, styles, and colors. Thanks for sharing WD.
