OT:Justin Boren doesn't know what Ginger Ale is

Submitted by Hoken's Heroes on
I know most people don't drink ginger ale but don't people know what it is or are most people as clueless as Justin is?
Moments later, Boren reaches to the center of the table to grab a drink and asks what the golden soft drink in the center is. "That's ginger ale," says Miller. "What's ginger ale?" asks Boren. The entire table stops what they're doing and looks at Boren as if he's joking. He's not. "You don't know what ginger ale is? You've never heard of ginger ale?" asks Miller. "Where you been, man?"

He may not know about Vernor's, but he knows all about "family values...." I am beginning to wonder if, besides saying they would coddle him in other ways, OSU told the Human Twinkie that he wouldn't have to study as much as he did at UM, too. This kid sounds as dumb as the proverbial box of rocks. I am beginning to think that if football doesn't work out for him, running a snowplow is his maximum potential in the workplace.

I hope Boren enjoys his Rose Bowl experience. Starting tomorrow he goes back to planting trees and being berated by his old man for not knowing the difference between a perennial & annual.

Look, I'm all for giving a guy the benefit of the doubt--maybe Boren really was miserable at UM, for whatever reason, and just had to get out. What's done is done. I gotta say, though, that with this latest episode, Mr. Boren seems one boozy public evening away from personifying the Wormer Postulate: "Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life."

of things Justin Boren has never heard of. So far we have: 1. Proper Diet 2. Loyalty 3. What the "C" stands for in "Strength and Conditioning" 4. Ginger Ale

I don't know what the hell happened to that pop, but I think Canada Dry is actually stronger now. I remember sneezing when opening the bottles as a kid because of all the fizz. That stuff used to be so potent.
