OT: Wingsuit basejumping
In case you're feeling a bit bored at work:
Wow these guys have balls of absolute steel.
Yeah they did a show on this for like Discovery or something... It's crazy. It looks totally awesome, though.
As someone who is terrified of heights, this is simply mind boggling.
Holy shit
These dudes are crazy. Here is a video of some guys doing this for the Transformers 3 movie, in downtown Chicago.
Squaw boys representing - go JT!
And a quick RIP for Shane McConkey
yes, i am namedropping shamelessly
Wow, that's breathtaking
Impressive, mindblowing stuff.
Gave me chills when Bruce Lee started talking...
Twenty years ago I somehow found the stones to jump out of an airplane and after that experience will never do so again-this shit makes skydiving look tame.
It always struck me as odd that people would willingly jump out of a perfectly good airplane.
I don't want to see the fails...
While researching my family tree, I found that my grandfather was second cousins with Clement "Clem" Sohn. I'm on my phone, so I can't post photo/video/wiki, but Basically Clem was a famous stuntman and early pioneer of these wing suits.

He died in France at a young age when his chutes didn't open

Anyway, that's my coolstorybro...every time I see these winged suit videos I have a little pride that a distant relative left the farm
And helped pioneer these.
