OT: Unranked Purdue about to enter the 4th qtr up 17-7
Purdue stepped on its own dick at least once since I’ve been watching but Iowa’s offense is no threat to move the ball let alone score. Purdue is the only program in the world that has more experience doing what Iowa does to top ranked teams. Purdue is the world record holder with 8 wins against the #2 team in the country as an unranked team. Iowa fans are obviously pissed that it’s happening to them this time.

Perdue even gifted them a turnover at the pylon instead of going up 24-7. Iowa promptly went 3 & out and punted to midfield.

Iowa's offense is atrocious to watch. 2 QB sneaks on 3rd and 4th and one, and I'm not sure they got it. Everyone in the stadium knew that was going to be the play call. Despite being #2 in the country, I think they are basically the same team as Wisconsin. Awesome defense with an offense that offends the football senses.

Iowa is no different this year than they’ve always been. Penn State was clearly a better team and now in this game when they can’t force turnovers to give their offense a short field they’re lost.
We’ll see what happens to finish here, but Ohio State would be a double digit favorite over them and we’d beat them at home or on a neutral field as well.
