OT: Thoughts and Prayers for a Family of Wolverines!

Submitted by Deep Under Cover on
Wolverine nation, asking for thoughts and prayers for a family member who was involved in terrible accident and is in critical condition at the moment. Her family is the biggest, most loyal group of Wolverines I know, and nothing would be better for them than to know the rest of us are thinking, praying, and wishing for the best for the whole family! http://www.mlive.com/wayland/index.ssf/2013/05/hopkins_woman_hit_critic…

Uncle lives in Hopkins. Nothing but hicks. Amazing hunting. Beautiful country feel. Really is pure Michigan. The rpads though are very narrow it seems like.

Whenever something like this happens, I always think of my mom walking by the road. So awful this happened to someone. Will definitely be praying!

It sounds like you know the family so pass along the fact that they have the thoughts and prayers of most of the mgoblog community. Losing people you love is a terrible thing regardless of circumstance. I always hear people try and look for something positive when they hear about someone dying: Well at least they didn't suffer, well at least they lived a long life, at least the family had time to come to terms with their loved ones passing...

The bottom line is there is never anything positive about a loved dying, doesn't matter how you cut it. I have been 3 years trying to come to grips with my Father no longer being around and still a day doesn't go by that I don't miss him like mad.

I hope this all works out for this lady and her family because losing a loved one isn't something I would wish on my worst enemy, let alone a seemingly good family such as this.

but I suspect that I have a good idea from personal experience. A similar accident killed my mother. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and close friends.

Been there and will pray for you and your friend's family.

Also happy to be able to post a prayer on a Michigan blog sans ridicule.
