A Texas A&M freshman has been suspended from the team indefinitely after being arrested on drug charges. That sounds bad, but...
His neighbor, who I'm going to guess had a gripe with him, called police after smellng marijuana from the balcony above. What a douche! Police came and requested entry. They were denied SO THEY GOT A SEARCH WARRANT!
They found 48 grams of edibles which is a felony and 0.05 ounces (that's almost none!) of marijuana, a misdemeanor

It is utterly befuddling to me that any cop anywhere would bother to go get a warrant over a neighbor claiming to smell weed.
