This would be a lot more funny if it wasn't likely the offending party will be tortured/killed.

Those crazy FIFA capitalists.  They don't understand that in a Communist utopia, you can play striker and keeper - at the same time!

North Korea has an amazing sports history - Kim Jong Il shot a 38 under par with 5 hole-in-ones his first time out on North Korea's only golf course, which is 7700 yards long, longer than any course in the US.

He also bowled a 300 his first time bowling.

I suspect he will be the only player on the North Korea soccer team and they will win every game 100-0.

i fear for the entire n. korean team ...

they are going to get destroyed hardcore ... atleast twice by 4-5 and lose a third by a closer margin just cause one of there three opponents wont play hard

i just hope its not going to cause a situation like that when iraq's team dissapointed under saddam and were punished by being forced to kick concrete soccer balls till there feet literally broke

I don't think this is a mistake. They probably have a secret formation or something. Goal keeper can also attack. why not? he can score in FK, PK, anyway he want. Besides, someone said he's good at saving PK.

Should be black-balled from events like these. The atrocities of their government are far too evil for them to be invited to an event meant to bring people together through athletic competition.

I seem to remember reading somewhere (and I don't remember where, so no link) that the North Korean government has already decided that the WC games will not be broadcast at all.

I figure this will enable them to tell the populace that they won the WC, just like their fearless leader had 5 holes-in-one the first time he golfed (as mentioned somewhere above).
