OT - Killer's Last Words are Boomer Sooner
Don't know why, but I thought this was kind of interesting:

What would be the feeling if someone's last words were "Go Blue" or "Sparty On"?

would certainly go to hell. I wonder which. :0)

Good god that's the best line I've read all week.

all week? That's the best line I may have ever seen around these parts.

Fred Jackson says that line is what you would get if "Do you feel lucky punk?" got it on with "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" in a Speedway bathroom, except with more humor.

The guy who administered the injection quietly whispered, "They lost to Mizzou last week, enjoy hell."

"Can Landry Jones thread the needle like I can?"
Then he lol'd and killed him.

"What would be the feeling if someone's last words were 'Go Blue' or 'Sparty On'?"
In the latter case, I'd guess that they'd follow "Hey, y'all, watch this!"

I guess their fight song is right - when they die they're Sooner dead.

I knew the BCS system was obscure, but now it makes total sense! One of the categories is "felon favorability". No wonder why Sparty is #5.

He was probably just a "Wal-Mart Sooner"

Its a "Sam's Club Sooner"

Hey, that's an exclusive, high end, "members only" store.
October 27th, 2010 at 9:59 AM ^
It should have been "Call Coach Dantonio, I deserve another chance!"

This story honestly just makes me sad. I love Michigan football, but I really hope it's not the last thing on my mind before I go.

I could easily see the exact same scenario for "Sparty on." If the dying words were "Go Blue," though, it wouldn't be a criminal, nor would it be an execution; it would probably be an astronaut, doctor, president, or a wildly successful entrepreneur.

Landrigan's last meal consisted of steak, fried okra, french fries, strawberry ice cream and a Dr. Pepper, Marson said. That is a fantastic last meal. Too bad his life decisions aren't as good as his food decisions.

It does add a twist to the "Dr. Pepper Big 12 Championship Game."

I can't believe they were debating the safety of the injection that is intended to KILL a person. Apparently they are worried it might be painful, therefore fall under cruel and unusual punishment. What's not cruel and unusual about the state ending somebody's life in retribution?

Yes, thats worthy of a negative you asshat.
