Just give them another Emmy already. They're hilarious.

Oh and Pistons had a valiant come back but fell short by 3 to the East leading Hawks. SVG got them playing tho. Hopefully they make the playoffs this year.

Watched the pistons game tonight. I was impressed with their effort in the 2nd half. Nice to see some energy back inside the Palace. Hoping they can find a way into the playoffs. Would love to see it happen.

Hawks came to play, they were ready to play in the building of an opponent who had just won 7 straight and was one of the hottest and most talked about teams in the league.

The Pistons didn't realize they were 'that' opponent; I think they got caught up in the happines of the steak and didn't think they were going to bring someone's "A" game out, or at least forgot what playing an opponents "A" game felt like. They need to realize that being a winning team means bringing a little more to the game than it does being a sub .500 team with little to no hope of the playoffs.

If there is a take home message for the Pistons, it's this; if you are going to be a winning team you will be forced to play better by your opponents. Winning is just going to happen. Hopefully, the Pistons are that winning team and make it to the Playoffs.

Go Pistons!

The Pistons took 14 more shots than the Hawks.  Typically, that results in a win.  Pope was atrocious tonight.

I wouldn't say he was Atrocious. Granted taking 16 threes by yourself should never happen, but it's a tad misleading. I believe KCP was 1-8 from the field at half, and in the second half he was 7-15, a little under 50%. He was one of the catalysts for our comeback last night. I like him, he just needs to rein it in a bit and use better shot selection.

Can I say something again that I pointed out during the season?

It sure was fitting that Brandon hired Lochmann from the Knicks. The Knicks have to be the most popular team that has won the absolute least in all of sports. Lipstick on a pig just like Michigan football was under Brandon.

No one wants to go to the all star game any more.  I think a mid season one and done tournament would be cool.  They could take a break after,  I believe somehow the NBA could get some of the NCAA tournament flavor.

the NBA should vote for 24 Alll Stars just like now, but instead of a boring game they should have the top 8 players draft 3-person teams serpentine style. Then you have an 8 team three on three tournament over two days. Tell me you wouldn't watch that? And who would the players pick for their teams would draw a lot of interest.

If not during all star weekend, I've always felt something like this over the offseason could be a big draw.  One quick weekend tournament, whether 3-on-3, 2-on-2, or whatever.... obviously with some decent cash going out to the winners in order to pull the big names.  It would be different enough from regular NBA games, but with the star power I think it would draw some viewers for sure.

I remember years back, Shaq and Olajuwon were actually scheduled to play one-on-one on PPV, and then it got canceled due to injury or something.  But the point is, someone saw some money in taking some big NBA names and having them play something other than standard 5-on-5 ball.  I can't help but feel there's some potential there, provided you can get the right guys interested.

The Knicks are an atrociously-run organization, but I'm still shocked they are this bad.  There is more talent on the court than the win total shows, but I guess when Carmelo Anthony is your best player and he isn't scoring at an unsustainable clip, this is what happens.

Pistons played a really nice game last night; it was a tough loss, but Atlanta is really good and losing by 3 at the buzzer isn't bad at all.

I wasn't able to watch the game because of my location and I don't have FSD, but I followed along on my game tracker and Twitter. Can someone shed some light on what was wrong with Andre Drummond? When I saw his low minutes and output, I immediately assumed he was in foul trouble on the bench, but from what I read on Twitter, he was just completely exhausted and out of sorts. This is just surprising to me because he's still very young, we're not even at the AS break AND the Pistons were playing after a day off. I'm just curious because the Pistons seem to go as he goes. Big line, competitive game or win. Lackluster line, loss.
