A Notre Dame player see the sidelines signaling to fake an injury. So he starts to. But then--DOH! The signal was to the player behind him.

As long as the rules allow it, it's hard to blame a team for using it. The defense should be allowed time to substitute in my opinion. Also our coach is notorious for exploiting loopholes to his advantage.

but saying Zach Charbonnet is "in a good place" when asked about being injured is being straight up honest...or Jansen today deleting all his tweets about ZC being good to go and not injured. please,  Every coach games the system to an extent and JH is the master at it. We have to stop having blinders on

Pre-game gamesmanship vs. in-game faking of injuries are two completely different things.

Of course, #20 looks like an idiot. I have heard other folks saying that #6 did look injured and that it's likely the coaches were telling an actually injured (or injured-appearing) player to get down on the ground.

Then again, these aren't futbol players, they're football players. They're about being tough, not winning academy awards for "best portrayal of a career-threatening injury which is miraculously healed 12 seconds later."

Number 20 is funny, but 6 was right to go down and the coaches were aware enough that he was dinged up to tell him to do so.  Probably every coach in football teaches this.

It's like that feeling when you think someone is talking to you, but turns out they have a Bluetooth device. But on video and in front of tens of thousands.

dude had a concussion; he's questionable against whomever the dummers are playing this week.

I'm glad though we're concerned with this shit; their defense had 1 kid who had his bell rung; we had 12-14 on our defense who got their asses gaped.
